BenGen Restaurant — Restaurant in Benidorm

Lovely restaurant, staff couldn't have done any more, very attentive.

Ingredients used for all meals were high quality and we did enjoy the food, however, we did feel that they could have improved each of the main dishes by adding to it, the chicken kebabs came with chips, they were well cooked and delicious, however, you would expect them to come with salad (Nope just kebab and chips). The other main was slow cooked beef whi h was also served with chips, again, I would have expected this dish to come with vegetables such as carrots and maybe broccoli, no just beef in a sauce with chips, I want to make a point of saying that it was delicious and we ate it all, but they definitely could have elevated the dish, both felt like they were missing something.

This review is in no way a negative, more of a suggestion and genuine feedback.

Food is great, cause ingredients are top quality and the choices selection is really wide. Service is on point, smiling and rapid assistance and suggestions are highly appreciated. The place itself is nice and clean, very nice lights and atmosphere. Prices are in line with the location and the food, not the cheapest option you might get in Benidorm but to be fair the overall quality is higher than the average around. Remark to other customers that review here on google: if you have an issue or something you don’t like happens, you shall report it immediately and ask for assistance and not just always complain when it’s time to leave so nobody can offer a mitigation solution. What a find!Just had an amazing meal at BenGen. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, I am gluten free and everything was explained carefully to me and I could choose from the majority of the menu. We shared a Greek cheese and peppers dish as a starter. It came in a traditional terracotta server and they even gave me warm gluten free bread to have with it. I then had beef with cheese again cooked in terracotta (I am a big cheese, addict!). This was absolutely fantastic, the beef was just melt in the mouth tender and so beautifully flavoured.
