El pintxito — Restaurant in Bilbao

We ran into El Pintxito by accident, but what super place. The lamb skewers are famous we understood quickly. Rightly so. They're probably spiced with harissa, their taste reminds a little bit of merguez. Would make sense cause it was founded by Ahmed in 1968. Though there are newspaper articles about Ahmed on the wall, it's no tourist trap. The locals love it, you will see. Just join them. If I lived in Bilbao, I'd go there...
