It was a great experience at this place. The burgers were good and the atmosphere was really nice as well. However, the service was really something that’s worth pointing out. Enjoy everyone, you get full from a good amount of food and it is a very reasonable price as well! I tried 4 burgers and I enjoyed all of them. My fries i like to save until next week, as I like my fries so soggy and moist and disgusting as possible. My girlfriend and I were looking for a late night snack to eat and somehow we managed to stumble upon one of the best burgerías and all around service I've ever experienced. The lady working there was one of the nicest people you could ever meet, a smile that could melt the cheese within the amazing hamburger that the fantastic Venezuelan chef...

El servicio, bastante malo.

Tras preguntarles por la comida ya que llevábamos esperando más del doble de tiempo que nos habían indicado, de malas maneras me conestaron “es que tenías que haber entrado a por ello” cuando en ningún momento se nos había avisado de que el pedido estaba listo.

Lo peor viene cuando creen que nos hemos marchado y desde la terraza escuchamos cómo empiezan a hablar mal de nosotras. Para nuestra sorpresa, cuando se dan cuenta, nos sacan unos chupitos… y una supuesta clienta muy cercana a ellos, nos insiste que por favor no dejemos una mala reseña… Vaya, que ni volveremos, ni lo recomendaremos. Al contrario, si alguien tiene intención de ir, advertiré del magnífico trato con el que se trabaja en este local.
