Where do I start... This ice cream is amazing! I went for mango/passionfruit and coconut as I wanted to enjoy the contrast of two completely different flavours. The mango and passionfruit tasted fresh and truly tropical, a bit sweet, a bit sharp and the pieces of mango and ripples of p-fruit to be found within were to die for! The coconut was well balanced and not too sweet and complemented the other favour well. The ice cream itself was creamy and gooey as a proper ice cream should be! Also, the price is very good and you get a very generous portion for your money! So, if ya in Bilbao and fancy some ice cream then get yourselves down to this place...you won't be...

Intente comprar una botella de agua para entrar al servicio de urgencia y al ver la cola pregunté directamente si podía entrar al baño a una trabajadora y ya luego compraría la botella, ella me dijo que si y al ir al baño otro trabajador se me acercó y me dijo de la manera más borde y cortante que el servicio era exclusivo para clientes, al intentar darle mi respuesta solo me dio tiempo a decirle que me habían dado permiso para entrar y cuando me dispuse a decirle que luego compraría la botella me interrumpió en seco contestando, yo mando más así que no te dejo entrar, esas son formas de tratar a las personas? Sin siquiera dejar de terminar acabar mi frase ya me hechó del lugar, me parece una falta de comprensión grandísima, y de organización entre trabajadores, si llegan a tener a más de una chica atendiendo no se habría hecho una cola tan grande, y si no se permitiera entrar al baño que se comunique a todos los empleados. Independiente de la organización el poder dejar entrar al baño para una emergencia me parece algo comprensible, no sé qué clase de valores tendrá él trabajador que no me lo permitió, pésimo servicio.
