Miss Café — Restaurant in Bilbao

Went here for a late breakfast as it had quite a wide range of both sweet and savoury treats to choose from on the menú. I decided to have a cappuccino and a cheese and ham toastie. Both were okay, nothing special to be honest. The coffee although presented nicely was a bit too bitter, maybe the temperature in the coffee machine is heating the coffee up too much and burning it. The toasted sandwich was fine, but only had two thin slices of ham and one slice of cheese and cost €4.20...so value for money wasn't there in my opinion. I'd expect it to have a bit more filling than that. Worth going to if you're caught in the rain and need somehwere to shelter from if you get my drift. P.S. It wasn't raining when I...

There was nothing fresh here. Pancakes and crepes were hard. Definitely microwaved old ones. Fruit did look normal. My sandwich had an extreme amount of salt in it. Not sure why they would over salt it like that.

The guys let us sit on a table and did nit tell us we had to get up to order at the counter. So we just sat there waiting for a while until I asked

The only thing that was good was the coffee. It tasted very good here. It is unfortunate because the place looks charming. Come if you are only going to have a coffee and want to work on...

My favourite place for the best coffee in town (I go there daily). It is not specialty coffee but the frothed milk on top makes the difference. Plenty of choices to choose from. I specially like the egg, avocado & tomato sandwich. Good place for people with sweet tooth, as the homemade desserts are superb too, and nice juices and smoothies.
