I recently visited UDON in Bilbao Abando, and I was absolutely blown away by the experience! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was fantastic fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I had the ramen, and it was rich, comforting, and perfectly balanced in taste. The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the broth was just the right level of savory. I also loved the variety of options available, from sushi to delicious rice dishes. The overall dining experience was exceptional, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend it to anyone craving authentic Asian cuisine in the heart of Bilbao! Would I recommend? No,...

Not what we were looking for, perhaps for the locals this is more than sufficient but stay away if you expect something Japanese.
Soup was just bland, had the correct "color" but that was about it. The texture of the noodles seemed factory made.
I can make better tonkotsu broth and rameb, and I am...
