TERRIBLE. The only reason I give them one star is the wonderful attention of their blonde waitress. We arrived at 18:58 (2 minutes before opening time) under heavy rain. We were told to wait outside for another 5' although there was no shelter outside. We were then sat at the only dirty table of the restaurant which we had to clean in the end with alcohol wipes. The blonde waitress took our order and was perfect in helping us out. Then the food came... TERRIBLE!!! The mushroom salad was a far too big pile of unseasoned, warm pleurotus and potatoes on top of cold lettuce, carrot and tomatoes, which by the time you got to try were all lukewarm and bland. The patatas bravas were just french fries with a topping of garlicky alioli and a fluorescent red pepper sauce. The tapa de morcilla was disgusting, deep-fried in oil that has not been changed in a year (or at least that's what it tasted like). Furthermore, they only accept cash - which is incredible considering the current COVID situation... All in all, I don't understand the rating here and I would never...

Un insulto a la gastronomía de nuestro país y de Burgos. Desagradable a la vista. Como si hubiese sido vomitado, incomible y asqueroso.

Me duele mucho hacer este tipo de reseñas porque en todas las cocinas hay mucho esfuerzo, pero no puedo perdonar y dejar pasar esta comida, que ha sido la peor de muchos años. Pagamos unos 50€ y no comimos nada porque lo dejamos todo.

El trato de la recepcionista no fue nada agradable y estuvimos esperando 20 min en la calle. Una vez sentados en la mesa, pasó la camarera y nos dijo que teníamos que pedir ya porque la cocina cerraba en 2 min. Aún no habíamos visto ni la carta. Esto es cero profesional porque si cierras no cojas a más gente. Era domingo y las 15h, una hora totalmente normal para comer un domingo y repito si cierras no cojas más comensales, Pedimos: una ensalada templaba con gulas y varios ingredientes más para empezar. El plato estaba ardiendo, lechuga súper caliente, y asquerosa ósea nada de templada, con unos ingredientes de pésima calidad, sin sabor y llena de un líquido muy desagradable. Revuelto de jamón y revuelto de morcilla. Ambos revueltos eran patatas fritas súper recalentadas por varias veces, incomibles con huevo revuelto por encima y morcilla y jamón. Los revueltos no llevan patatas normales y si aquí es típico que lleve no pueden estar recalentados, rancias y duras. Tres platos incomibles y además los tres a la vez. Y sin darte ninguna seguridad para tu salud comértelos. Y lo peor que a nadie le preocupo que se devolvieran enteros y el cliente se quejara. No me volveran a ver y desde luego no lo recordaré a nadie. Mucho deja que desear la higiene y limpieza que se ve desde la ventana de la barra hacia a la cocina. Lamentable, espero que cambien a mejor y den nombre al honor que se merece hacer...

We went here because it came highly recommended. For the price, the food and portion size were good. However, we were very dissapointed in the service. The waiter made a mistake in our order and insisted this was our own fault. Even came back multiple times to the table to remind us it was us to make the mistake. We ended up eating the dish he brought us (that we did not order), because it was simply impossible to reason with him. When the bill arrived, it included things we did not order. We were reimbursed for this. Be aware they do not accept cards, so you can pay...
