Dish was NOT SERVED GLUTEN-FREE.

We went to this restaurant due to the positive reviews for gluten-free food and it was a complete mess. When we reserved a table, we specifically said that one of us is celiac. When we ordered the food, we highlighted again that one of us is celiac. The girl who attended us brought us the starter. Since it didn’t look gluten-free to me, we asked about the soy sauce and it contained gluten. So we let them take the food back which then was given to us again in a plastic bag for take away. If we hadn’t asked twice, I would have got severely sick.

When things couldn’t get worse, they served the meat which was not delicious at all….. the steak was extremely done. They haven’t even asked how I would like it.

Before that they had spilled boiling meat sauce over my dress and I had got hurt…..For me, it turned out to be an awful experience, I will definitely never forget.

The only positive thing was that the responsible person intervened and we didn’t have to pay for the meat and the dish which...

We came here due to the reviews on Google Maps and found the service less than average, the food on the menu was not that appetising but thought we would give it a go, I had the only thing I thought I might like the pork cheeks it was a mishmash of fat and something very slimy I didn’t touch it, ( possibly I had chosen a local delicacy but it wasn’t to my taste so I have given them the benefit of the doubt) my GF wanted some egg dish and specifically asked twice that the eggs were well done they came soft . Hungry I chose some tapas felt they were over priced (based on all the tapas I have eaten) they were just okay, the server didn’t clear the old dishes when delivering the Tapas which had been there for at least 20 mins so we moved them to an empty table, no one asked us if we were happy with the food. We paid and left and you can see the bill, the decor was nice in the bar, the toilets needed a clean. Compared to other bar restaurants we then visited this was...

An average kitchen with (supposedly) catering dishes. However, quite limited size of food, so be prepared to eat additionally in other places after that one.

The costs for a beer was as high as in Plaza Mayor in Madrid. I wont comment further on that. On top, we have been charged for bred additionally, per each slide 1,60 € even for typically dishes presented with bred it wasn't.

Service was a disaster, we waited for 5 minutes to get rid off half of the glasses being on the table. After that another 5 minutes for the other half. Moreover, we had to ask for cleaning the table with something wet, because our sleeves were glued. I guess it was too big demand, because both waiters did not say anything to us but bringing the food and drinks literally with a vow of silence, the entire time even with the bill. I think I never experienced such a disaster of service.

We won't go there again and so...

First time and really impressed. We have walked past this restaurant so many times thinking it was a bar or regular fast food place, but were recommended to give it a try. So pleased we did because it really was great. Fresh ingredients that were really tasty and obviously home made rather than frozen and deep fried. Location is lovely and you can relax and enjoy watching people pass by. Staff were polite, informed and professional. Special attention to make sure dietary needs were understood and accommodated. Dog friendly - actually welcome to enter the restaurant!!!! Without having to ask water bowls were brought and the dogs were made to feel as welcome as we were. Great value. A real delight to find and will definitely return.

Unlisted ingredient led to inedible surprise 😔. The Route 66 burger did not have peanut butter listed as an ingredient, but when it came to the table it had a thick layer of peanut butter under the Sloppy Joe meat that frankly tasted horrible and was a surprise from the listing. Not only is this not allergy friendly, it’s certainly unexpected. Furthermore, the allergy chart on the English menu is only available in Spanish, so those with allergies beware. It also came drenched in a cheese sauce that was not listed. Be wary that what you order might have a few extra things in it. Shame, because the burger would have been delicious if there wasn’t peanut butter in there…
