Been a while since I wanted to come over here, as it looks as an impressive place for burgers from the outside, but even though they have the right fresh products, hamburgers are just not what to be expected from the outside. It is an actual average, every other burger place you can find anywhere else. Do not get me wrong, I ordered the normal wayju burger, and, even though you can see products are right, and takes good, it's just not there, it does not have that taste you say... Mmmmm. Why caramelized onion with every selection, really??
Home made French fries were pretty good though, not the usually 20kg frozen potato chips fries. These were cut and made with care by hand as well as they tasted great with a bit of spices over. Not too much, not just fries. 5 star for the chips guys!!
In regards to the place, it's very smoky and you get out of the place smelling as the one you just ate or a mixture of all of them. Space is small and always crowded, but then the place is very small which is normal for a business in the central streets of this beautiful city.
Staff 5 star, smiley and kind (which is rare in Burgos). Neat and clean.
Guys, you have all that is needed to be a ten star burger place, just need to mixture those ingredients maybe in way that makes you cry every bite, just your intention to improve a well known end product like a burger is not working. Apart from all those new flavors and different options and taste you promise to provide, I still cannot believe there is not a plain cheese burger on you menu. -1 star for forgetting the basics, then...
Read moreFried chips tasted like very reused oil. Veggie burger was a house made paste that was a mess to eat. It looked good on the menu but it had a wasabi flavor that wasn’t listed on the menu. It was more like a mush than a patty. I really wanted to like this place as it had veggie options. It’s hard to find veggie or vegan in Spain. Guess they’re still trying to figure out how to make a decent veggie burger. It would have been great if they just used avocado and maybe a portobello mushroom. The salad was good. 38 euro’s for a veggie burger a lamb burger, salad, chips, and 2 drinks. Wouldn’t have minded the price if hadn’t...
