HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. Staff was rude and hostile. We were 6 dining in and ordered some wine, beer and 2 glasses of tap water as I am not very keen on plastic bottled water because of the plastic waste. They served the alcohol in glasses BUT the water in plastic glasses. I asked the waiter to swap it and he was ok with it, I felt the need to tell him that wasting so much plastic when we were dining in and they were serving everything else in glass was pointless. Suddenly another staff member working in the oven(tall, thin, beard)without being in the conversation tells me if I didn’t want plastic waste I should bring my own water, I told him I lived in Burgos so my home water was the same as theirs; then he kept replying to me that I should bring my own glass or container…. If I’m dining in,they have plates, cutlery, and glasses for everything else, why should I be drinking my drink of plastic? More when I was very polite and only asking them why water was served on plastic and that it was not necessary. Owner or management were nowhere to be seen as I asked for either of them. Such a bad service…. Don’t waste your time. Best pizzas near are Bella Napoli or La...
Read moreI thought this was tasty-enough pizza. Friendly gentleman behind the counter, a cooler of ice cold drinks. The place was very clean and smelled like a pizzeria.
I see some of the bad reviews here, and while those people are entitled to whatever they want to say, I can only say that my experience was a good one, and that we were quite happy with the pizza. While it was a little dry, it was fresh and made with quality ingredients. Pizzas are more personally sized, too, so don't expect a 14-inch pie.
Would I choose this pizza place if I were back home? No, I wouldn't; but I live in New York City, so there's a pretty high standard. However, in Burgos there's no reason to skip this spot if you're hungry for...
