Located right on the beach, this Italian restaurant is a great, picturesque place for dinner. The atmosphere is very relaxed, and it seems formal but don’t worry it’s very casual. Before you go, know that this place opens at 7 pm for dinner, so if you go before, you’ll be turned away.
The restaurant has a large seating area both inside and outside. The interior is decorated perfectly for a relaxed transcendent evening. Additionally, they have both men and women bathrooms, which are very clean and orderly.
The food is fairly good but I have a few minor critiques. First, the pizza is great! No issues there. Also, the penne with vodka sauce, perfect. The two issues are with the bread and carbonara. They bring bread to your table, which you think is complementary because they don’t ask if you want it or not. Then you discover that each piece cost you €1.20 (btw, they give you four pieces = €4.80), no thanks on the bread. The carbonara tasted overcooked and burnt. I honestly could not finish it. Nevertheless, they have a lot of different options on the menu to include drinks, which means everyone can find something they will like. They even have a make your own pasta menu.
I have to give a shout out to our waiter, Jorge. He was great. He accidentally brought us a drink that we didn’t order. Without any prompting, he brought us the correct one and didn’t charge us for it. Overall, he was a great waiter.
This is a fairly good place. I would return for...

We only ate 1/3 of our meal (me and my partner had the same thing) which raised a comment from one if the waiters of oh it was a bit much quantity for you. Asked to change my coffee for an aperol spritz but was firmly told your coffee already being made but it still only turned up 10 mins later. They put bread on our table at start of meal without us asking and then charged us for it. They also add 10% service by default. Will never go again, very poor in...
Read moreWe had great dinner here 2 times in the 4 days in Cadiz … we wanted to do Spanish food but this had high rating and was close to hotel so we gave it a try. Original variations on traditional recipes were very tasty and fresh. Pizza Veniciana was excellent and I’m going to try to make this at home now (they show what goes into it on their website) … also tried grilled veggies, pasta arrabiata and ravioli with lamb and foie gras sauce were also winners. Service was kind & friendly all around - excellent English - prompt service. I don’t think you can go wrong. Oh … the 10 Euro pitcher of Sangria...
