Sibuya Urban Sushi Bar — Restaurant in Cádiz

I cannot tell about the quality and impressions of the food cause at this very moment when writing this review I have not yet tasted anything, still waiting anyways. I have never experienced what I had tonight here, waiting in the sit for more than 10 minutes and seeing the waitress going back and forth just assisting the family next to me and giving me no more than mad looks. She passed by me more than 4 times and acted from begging to end as if I was invisible, even worse, very much unwelcomed. This is for sure not the attitude one would expect when visiting a restaurant to enjoy a meal. Not back again anymore, that's the only thing I'm gonna say. Adding to the previous events, being waiting for 1 roll of sushi for half and an hour just to find the ingredients unfresh and the sushi rice half raw. Just the best experience to...

Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to try the food, so we can’t comment on that. However, what we can review is the poor management and lack of consideration for families. We had made a reservation via Google and clearly wrote that we would be coming with a stroller, as our baby was sleeping.

When we arrived, the staff told us they hadn’t checked the reservation notes and simply cancelled our booking. As a result, we were told we could only eat outside—in the cold—with a newborn. For any parent, organization is key when going out with a baby, and being turned away like that due to poor planning is extremely frustrating.

The restaurant interior looked very nice, but unfortunately, the service was anything but. If you’re a parent with a stroller, I strongly advise avoiding this place. It is absolutely not...

Jesus was our server. He did a great job! The check came in a very timely manner which was refreshing!! We had the 15 piece sashimi, and the 28 piece "chef's choice." Everything was great and tasted fresh AF. We both agreed that the rolls and sashimi that featured white fish (butterfish?) was the best, hands down. Ya gotta swing by for dinner! And you gotta make a reservation!

Update: one more praise for Jesus, our server - my wife left her sunglasses behind, and we were scheduled to leave early the next morning. Although the restaurant was not open, I was lucky enough to catch the cleaning lady at 9am, and we were able to find her sunglasses. Thank you so much!!
