Posadero`s Bistró — Restaurant in Córdoba

We randomly wandered into posadero for brunch and we had the best food and experience in Córdoba! Although the staff was busy deep-cleaning the place, they warmly welcomed us onto the terrace for food. All the food in the pictures is what’s included in the “degustacion” menu and everything was fresh, local, homemade and absolutely delicious. The staff was so friendly and attentive and the place is just gorgeous. We are on the beautiful terrace near the pool but the inside of the place and the patio are also super cute with a lot of attention to detail. I can only recommend to go there for food (or stay there, this seems like an idyllic place to book a room). My wife and I treated our parents to lunch here a few days after getting married. The food and service were incredible, and we were the only ones sitting inside. Each dish was fresh, creative, and well-crafted. The wine menu offered plenty of variety, and the olive oil cake with goat cheese gelato was such an inspired combination of flavors. EXPERIENCIA INOLVIDABLE.

Impresionante y precioso lugar al fondo de un callejón. Desde que pusimos un pie en el patio supimos que era un lugar muy pero que muy especial. Cuidadosa y con excelente gusto toda la decoración, el ambiente transmite paz y tranquilidad (con una suave música de fondo). Patrícia nos recibió y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Hospitalaria, alegre, simpática y profesional. Nos sorprendió la pasión con la que nos enseñaba y contaba la historia del hotel.

La comida toda casera y estupenda. Cada plato nos lo describieron con pasión tanto Patrícia como Jose que nos ofrecieron un servicio siempre atentos a lo que necesitásemos, con alegría y cercanía. Muy profesionales. Y la realidad, por supuesto, corroboraba las expectativas. Íbamos con nuestros hijos (ya mayores) e intentamos probar un buen número de platos. Todos espectaculares con sabores muy bien equilibrados, ingredientes fresquísimos y una buena presentación. No debéis dejar de pedir el rabo de toro o el tiramisú, por inclinarme por uno y un postre.

Más que una comida, una experiencia inolvidable en todos los sentidos.
