A very unpleasant female staff member at the ice cream counter. No smile, very unsympathetic, unhelpful, and cold attitude towards the customer. At the ice cream counter there are two women: you have to tell one of them which ice cream flavors you want, and she writes it down on paper. Then this woman handles the payment, while the other woman scoops the ice cream. I find this system absolutely unsuitable, because I told the first woman the order of flavors I wanted – chocolate, lemon, and vanilla – but the second woman changed the order and scooped the ice cream into the cone however she wanted.
For me, it is important that chocolate is at the bottom of the cone, fruit flavor in the middle, and vanilla on the top. I like this sequence (sweet, fruity, sweet taste), but in this ice cream shop they do whatever they want. I have never in my life come across such a thing – where one woman first writes down the flavors by hand at the ice cream counter, and the other scoops them in any order she pleases.
