Bar Aliatar Los Caracoles — Restaurant in Granada

Highly highly recommend! We came here to try the famous caracoles which come as a free tapa with a drink. I also had the best tomato salad on the planet Tomates Asados which was simply delicious, very simple but so flavourful! We also tried the aubergine with honey, the pil pil prawns and the octopus! Everything was amazing! We went once for dinner (we booked on the way up to Michael’s viewpoint for sunset, then returned here) and we also came the very next day for lunch because I wanted to have that tomato salad at least another time before I die! Sounds dramatic but I still think about it lol. It got busy for lunch too, so I definitely recommend popping in to book before. Oh and I didn’t mention the staff, so nice and friendly, working hard with so many tables inside and outside. Costumer service very poor. We had book a reservation to a outdoor table from 13h00-15h00. We had arrive at 13h30 and we still had 1h30 to eat... They say it was imposible cause they didn't have time to bring us the food in time. Finally we went a table inside the restaurant. After 10min another group arrived and they took our table (outside). It was 15h30 and they still there. We think they did that to profit or whatsoever... The people who work there is very antiphatic, specially the garcons inside the restaurant. Never will come back again or...

Mal servicio, espera y atención de los camareros de la terraza ha sido pésimo , aparte de eso los camareros se reían de los clientes descaradamente.Mi familia y yo no vamos a volver nunca más.Los caracoles picantes, aunque buenos. Y no es la primera vez que hemos ido a su bar, pero si la primera que nos han tratado así, y por supuesto no se va a levantar nadie para que nos sentaramos nosotros ni mucho menos! A lo de la "ESPERA" nos refiriamos a tener que esperar más de hora y media para 3 raciones , si su cocina es pequeña no monte una terraza tan grande, es mi opinión y la de muchas personas que se han ido por no esperar 3 horas, había más personas quejándose de lo mismo. Y sí ,sus camareros han sido poco amables y comprensivos, quizás si educados pero no lo otro. Si mi opinión le ofende ,no es mi intención ,solo que mejoren el servicio y el trato, hoy no estaban por la labor .COMPORTAMIENTO.....el de sus CAMAREROS, deles un repasito que se toman el brazo cuando se les da la mano.Poca vergüenza y desfachatez. Jajaja ,que mal se toma una opinión está mujer. Pues nada, siga usted con su poca humildad.Es más que me diga usted que está mal hablar así de sus camareros cuando usted se pone a la altura de un rodapié cuando contesta con tan poca educación y respeto.
