Siamo rimasti molto delusi dall’esperienza in questo locale. Avevamo prenotato e pagato i biglietti con anticipo, ci siamo recati puntuali all’orario stabilito, persino spendendo soldi pee arrivare in taxi, ma una volta sul posto non ci hanno fatto entrare. Al nostro arrivo ci è stato detto che avevano già fatto entrare altre persone ed erano in over booking, senza tenere conto della nostra prenotazione. Alla fine ci hanno soltanto restituito i soldi del biglietto, per altro aspettando 15 minuti per riaverli, senza alcun gesto di cortesia per il disagio creato, né una scusa adeguata. Risultato: serata rovinata e spettacolo perso. Allego biglietto a dimostrazione della nostra prenotazione. Se volete passare una bella serata vi consiglio invece La Faraona, proprio lì accanto: personale gentile e disponibile, spettacolo curato e coinvolgente, atmosfera accogliente e davvero a porte aperte. Se si potevano dare 0 stelle lo avrei fatto molto volentieri. Per ultimo vorrei sottolineare la maleducazione della ragazza che ci ha letteralmente chiuso la porta in faccia, ripeto dopo aver già pagato e prenotato.

Risposta al proprietario: Siamo arrivati in perfetto orario, alle 21:29 per l’esattezza. Non è assolutamente vero che ci siano stati offerti due drink: questa affermazione è totalmente falsa. Al contrario, ci è stato proposto che potesse entrare soltanto uno di noi, mentre l’altro sarebbe dovuto restare fuori: una cosa davvero ridicola. Le ballerine erano fuori insieme a noi e sono entrate solo quando eravamo ancora davanti all’ingresso. Il biglietto era stato acquistato in precedenza e il posto doveva quindi essere riservato, visto che lo abbiamo pagato.

Rispondere alla mia recensione con bugie e calunnie non fa altro che dimostrare la vostra (scarsa) professionalità, pari a zero. È certo che non avrete più il piacere di rivederci.

P.S. Vorrei capire perché risponde il proprietario senza essersi minimamente preoccupato di uscire fuori a verificare di persona, limitandosi a basarsi solo sul racconto di una dipendente. Se è così, allora è tutto chiaro.

2 risposta e qui chiudo: È inutile che modificate la recenzione dopo che vi ho risposto...non avete offerto nulla se non di far entrare soltanto una persona e non due come avete scritto nella recensione che avete modificato, per non parlare del drink offerto, ma quando?? se neanche ci avete fatte vedere l'interno del locale perché chiudevate la porta...siete veramente dei bugiardi. Spero veramente che le persone che leggono si rendano conto di chi...

Sin silla y mal trato. Jamás había dejado una reseña negativa antes, pero aquí estoy. English below.

Compré dos boletos para mi madre y para mí 1.5 horas antes del espectáculo. Cuando llegamos (aún a tiempo), no había silla para uno de nosotros, por lo que mi madre tuvo que sentarse en el suelo. El dueño nos prometió en varias occasions que traeria una silla que nunca llego por lo que mi madre tuvo que sentarse en el suelo.

Al final nos acercamos al manager y el nos trató con falta de respeto, diciendo que no podía estar al tanto de nuestra compra porque maneja siete sitios web diferentes. Tal vez debería concentrarse en gestionar bien un solo sitio web. También dijo que trabaja desde las 18:00, por lo que no podía saber de nuestra compra. Aún así, trató de echarnos la culpa (y naturalmente no nos reembolso).

Honestamente, me sorprendió mucho su tono y trato cuando nos acercamos a él, fue humillante. Queridos amantes del flamenco, no recomendaría gastar su dinero en este lugar si no pueden estar seguros de tener un asiento debido a la mala gestión y sobreventa por parte del manager. Más importante aún, no quisiera apoyar un lugar con propietarios / managers tan irrespetuosos. Hay muchos otros excelentes lugares locales de flamenco en Granada.

I’ve never left a negative review before, but here I am. I purchased two tickets for my mom and I 1.5 hours before the show. When we arrived (still on time) there was no chair for one of us, so my mom had to sit on the floor. The owner promised us a chair several times during the show so we stayed, but we never received one.

Afterward, we approached the manager/owner, but he treated us disrespectfully, claiming he couldn’t be aware of our ticket purchase because he manages seven different websites. Maybe he should focus on managing one website well instead. He also stated he works from 18:00 so couldn’t be aware of our ticket order. He still tried to make this our fault. We naturally didn’t get any refund.

I was honestly shocked by his tone and treatment when we approached him, it was humiliating. Fellow flamenco lovers, I wouldn't recommend spending your money here if you can't be sure of a seat due to the owner's poor management / overselling. More importantly, I wouldn’t want to support a place with such disrespectful owners. There are plenty of great local flamenco...
