The waiter first recommended a chicken brochette, which upon arrival looked tasty. However, as the chicken cutlets are big and not uniform in size they’re unevenly cooked, thus some of them were pink raw. I asked for it to be recooked, and it did come back but still undercooked. I asked for the bill and expected a discount for the uneaten pieces, but I received the bill in full with a big side of attitude from the waiter( who is mentioned in many other comments here) He insisted it was cooked, but from my knowledge in the industry chicken shouldn’t be pink upon serving. 1-There are no regulations to monitor health and safety in the kitchen, and if there are I invite management to share some of them here in front of the readers. 2-Customer service is lacking, and below average, and if it isn’t I invite management to explain why the waiter would rudely mumble words while i was paying while giving...
Read moreThe food itself wasn't that bad (except the burger), it tasted boring but it wasn't any special (especially for the price). It was swimming in oil though. The burger was awful, I didn't like the taste, it was kind of blunt and when I started to eat the patty itself, I realised it tasted weird and was oily and fat. Turns out it was probably expired.. I had a nasty food poisoning and still suffer from stomach pain right now. Maybe it was an unfortunate experience but I suggest you to be careful, you might leave the restaurant in awful pain. Read moreDía 7 de diciembre de 2021, sobre las 13:30 horas acudimos a la terraza a tomar un aperitivo y, quizás, terminar comiendo. Somos 4 y pedimos 4 consumiciones. No nos ponen tapa, al resto de las mesas SI. Pedimos dos raciones para empezar: bravas y berenjenas a la miel. La patatas templadas, la salsa buena. Las berenjenas muy bien presentadas, buenas pero muy poca cantidad. Nos van recogiendo los cubiertos y platos con una celeridad importante, aunque ellos no sabían que estábamos pensando si comer algo más o ir a otro sitio. Ante la segunda pregunta, en cinco minutos, decidimos irnos, pese a que el lugar era privilegiado. Aquí llega nuestra gran sorpresa, uno de los camareros (delgado, poco pelo) terminando de recoger (recuerdo que ya se habían llevado parte) y nos dice "Vaya, parece que se han perdido algunos cubiertos" Increíble, sobre todo, por el tono que empleó. Nos quedamos mirándonos y nos enfadamos, tanto como para recordárselo cuando nos íbamos y ahí cambió su discurso "no, no no dije eso, no quise decir...."
