Very nice café. The coffee is good, and the pastries even better.

It's a decent space, with a lot of seating, but it was so, so busy. When I entered, there wasn't a single free seat and a big queue through the café. As I really wanted to drink a cappuccino there, I had to find a spot to sit and wait for my order. (You place it at the counter and they find you when it's ready.)

I got some dirty looks from the couple next to me, but they were technically taking up 2 tables and there was only 2 of them. It wasn't the most comfortable place to enjoy a morning coffee and I felt like I was part of their date. 😅

The cappuccino was okay. Nothing exciting but nothing bad. I got a cardamom bun on a whim and it was so beautifully made. Moist and sweet, but not too much with the perfect amount of cardamom. I can see why their cinnamon buns are so popular here.

The staff is amazing!!! They're super nice and really fast and efficient.

I'm sure this place is much better when it's not so busy, but if you're successful and popular, that's what it is! And good for them. It shows there is definitely demand for specialty coffee.

All of the customers I saw were young 20 and 30-somethings. This isn't your grandfather's cafe. Most seemed to be foreigners, backpackers, and tourists, although clearly they have locals too as some came in and it was obvious they were regulars.

Worth a visit if you're around...

I had just finished my coffee here and was about to leave after using the restroom when, in front of a crowd of customers, an employee angrily said to me, 'Our restroom isn’t a free!' I was really taken aback by his absurd comment, as I had just used the restroom as a legitimate customer after drinking my coffee. I asked him again, confused, and he repeated himself, which made me even angrier.

I replied, 'I just had a coffee here,' and the cup he was clearing from the table was the one I had been drinking from. That’s when he realized I was the customer who had been sitting there, and, realizing his mistake, he simply said, 'Ah!' and turned his back to me without any apology, moving on to greet another customer. I felt deeply offended. I had been having a wonderful time in Granada, with only good memories, but his behavior completely ruined my day.

Is it acceptable for someone in customer service to embarrass a customer in front of others due to their own misunderstanding and then not even offer an apology?

To the bearded male employee, you should remember that you ruined all my...

It’s a cute little coffee shop, tucked away on a tiny street right by the cathedral. However, the coffee was TERRIBLE. I ordered a cappuccino mocha and a blueberry muffin. The coffee had a really strange taste. I’ve never tasted anything like it and it was very watery. On top of that, the blueberry muffin was stale. What’s more, they only had brown sugar. They didn’t have normal sugar or any sugar substitutes. My girlfriend is diabetic and had no sweetener for her coffee. You can go to any run down cafe in Spain and they will have sugar and sugar substitutes so, it never occurred to me to ask before ordering. It doesn’t make sense that an overpriced coffee shop, in the most tourist-filled part of Granada, wouldn’t offer any sugar substitutes. I got the filling that it was a coffee shop trying to attract tourists but really didn’t care about the quality of...

I can’t speak about the coffee but the Matcha latte was really bad - poor quality Matcha powder, not mixed correctly, and very milky, despite I told the barista that I’d like a strong Matcha. It’s better to not put Matcha on your menu if you don’t train your baristas on how to prepare it correctly because it’s very disappointing to spend 7 euros to get hot milk basically. (edited after the owner's response: we bought two as I wasn't alone, hence the price. And I did order the "strongest" matcha, still very poor quality). I’ve seen other customers ordering iced Matcha and it looked all watery and milky, not a vibrant green color at all, as it should be 😢 on the bright side, the decor of the place is nice. FYI - you can’t do any work there as laptop use is limited to 30 min

Cute, little coffee place in the centre of Granada. We’ve ordered a flat white which was okay but had an aftertaste way too sour for my liking. They also have plenty of options for cakes and other dishes. The prices are okay, a bit above the average in Granada. The service was kind and professional. The layout of the place is quite funky so it gets quite crowded and a bit uncomfortable. I’m no architect but I didn’t understand why they left that half wall in the middle taking up a lot of precious space. We sat next to the wall in the corridor area on the bar stools and I was missing some hangers for our jackets. Now that it’s winter time, there is no place to hang your stuff if you’re sitting there.
