Overall we chose to stay here ordering more food but it came out we are not satisfied with their services as well as food.

Pros: The Tapas is a bit better than others in terms of quality as their food and ingredients may be better than others.

Cons: They charge you breads(pans) you have not ordered. They should have asked customers whether they want pans but they just serve you and the breads are not complimentary and charged later. Tapas seem to be okay but sometimes they are colder than you think, the temperature of the food. Paella comes too late when there are multiple orders from the floor and they serve you uncooked rice if you push them. Sometimes they forget to serve you a Tapas for your drink, then you need to ask them for what you are deserved.

To a manager: Please tell the customer Paella comes later if there are multiple orders from the floor. Tell them exactly before they complete the order the Paella could be made within max 45 mins. Please ask the customers whether they want bread(pans) before you serve them and tell them they are not complimentary.

Charging the pan customers have not ordered is not professional at all nor is a norm here. Put it simply, do not offer bread if customers did not ask you to do it, as far as it is not complimentary.

Do not argue with customers dissatisfied with your food and attitude. If you want to argue, do it nicely.

Apologize first, rather than giving out...

Being a food enthusiast with a fair share of adventures under my belt, I'm excited to unveil a culinary gem that deserves a place in your travel diary. Brace yourself for a gastronomic journey of epic proportions at this restaurant in Granada, where every detail has been meticulously curated to create a dining experience that's nothing short of spectacular.

The service here is nothing less than exemplary, tending to your every need with a level of attentiveness that's nothing short of phenomenal. But the real star of the show? The food. Each dish that graces your table is a symphony of flavors, a harmonious blend of culinary artistry that easily earns a solid 5-star rating.

Now, I've roamed this city in search of delectable delights, and while there are some tempting contenders, this restaurant has unequivocally claimed the title of the best in Granada. So, dear fellow foodies and wanderers, if you're in Granada, mark this dining destination on your map – it's a culinary voyage you won't...

I came here twice and both times the staff were great and the second time, more special.

I came the second day as this has the best recommendation for paella in Granada but I was disappointed that I couldn’t have it for one person… I was recommended the cod with red pepper sauce and prawns instead.

As my drink came so did a little plate of paella as my tapas! (Yesterday I had chicken and then cod) so I don’t know if Paella was just todays tapas but I was super grateful to get to try it, thank you!

My food came and the portion was HUGE! Really too much for me but it was delicious. The cod was very tender, prawns cooked perfectly and sauce was salty and flavourful!

The waiters have been great and it’s lovely to be sat outside in Granada and watch the...

The seafood paella was too dark, salty and the rice was still hard. Considering we waited nearly 45 minutes for it, it was disappointing to say the least. The waiter didn't ask if the food was good until we were finished. We only ate 3/4 of it because we were really hungry by the time it arrived. As compensation, we got a free drink. Paying almost €18 per person for bad paella is a raw deal. Afterwards I heard the waiter asking other customers if their paella was salty or the rice hard. I thought it was very poor attitude and it seems he missed the look of surprise he got from these other customers... I can't recommend this place.
