This is one of the worst “Japanese” restaurants I’ve ever been to. Btw all the workers are Chinese, that’s not to say the food can’t be good but there’s no authentic Japanese food here.
The salmon nigiri was cut along the grain, making the sashimi stringier. You’re supposed to cut against the grain for more tender slices.
The “ramen” was inedible. I had to send the first bowl I got back because the noodles were overcooked mush. When I got it back it was a little bit better but they don’t use proper ramen noodles, they use some type of egg noodles that are too soft for ramen. The chicken teriyaki was too salty. The broth is not ramen broth, it tasted like wonton noodle soup which is a Chinese dish, NOT Japanese.
Also, the owner (or whoever the woman chef is) took away my drink before it was empty and just walked away quickly. That was super annoying and rude, why would you just whisk away drinks I’m not done with instead of asking...
Read moreTyping this review as we eat. Contrary to the 1-star reviews, we found the service and food to be worthy of 5-stars. We were seated immediately upon entering the restaurant and while choosing the drinks, the waiter was very polite and patient with us. He even brought over the different sizes of sake to show us how big/little each bottle way, which was courteous. We started off with the edamame and miso soup, which were nicely salted: neither too much, nor too little. The varied gyoza dish was delicious and the roasted eel nigiri was delectable. We also ordered a simple, yet refreshing avocado salad. The dressing was so clean and tangy. We ordered both the eel nigiri and salad again because it was simply delightful. The varied sushi platter was very nice. Overall, we were pleasantly satisfied with this restaurant and we wanted to clear up any of the bad reviews that would deter others from choosing...

I can’t compare it to other sushi restaurants in Granada, but based on my general experience with sushi places, this one is definitely worth visiting. The interior and ambiance have clearly been given a lot of attention, which adds something extra to the overall experience.
More importantly, the food was very good. The sushi pieces were generous in size, fresh, and flavorful. The handroll was way bigger than i expected so worth the price they ask for it. Also the springrolls were really good, i can not make it like that myself. The price-quality ratio was also very reasonable.
The only minor downside was that the staff didn’t speak much English, but since the menu includes pictures, it was easy to order regardless.
All in all, a pleasant experience and a good meal – a place I’d...
