I'm pretty speechless. We have just passed by this place. We have read the sign "no drinks to go", so we asked if we could have a drink seated. The waiter looked around, saw many tables free, and said yes. So We took a seat and ordered a couple of drinks. Two minutes later a senior guy (the owner?) arrived to prepare the table for dinner. We told him we only wanted to get a drink and he said quite aggressively that we couldn't. We answered that we asked to a waiter before sitting.
