Pathetic. Worst attitude and customer service from the staff we have ever experienced. Don't eat here.
Whilst giving the order we changed some of our drinks. The waiter did not remove the original drinks from his list and ended up serving more drinks than there were people. When we told him we didn't need the additional unopened water bottles he refused to take them back and acted extremely offended.
Portion size is tiny for the price. They literally give a tiny amount of rice as a side. Also the amount of chicken in the tagine wasn't good. Tagine was bland.
Chicken dish was dry so we asked for some yogurt. Again the waiter acted extremely offended and rudely said that the dish ordered doesn't come with yogurt. When we asked again he reluctantly went to the back, complained to the other staff and then brought some out.
The chicken skewers did taste good, but due to the mentioned small portion size we left hungry.
On top of the piss poor service and attitude they added a service charge to the bill.
We were tired and didn't have the energy to argue with the staff for small things that are seen as standard in every other restaurant we have been to.
Save yourself some grief and disappointment and eat somewhere else. The bad attitude and small portions will ruin your meal and maybe even...
Read moreWe came to the area to see the gorgeous sunset behind the Alhambra from the famous viewpoint and loved the whole vibe of this place. Decided to hang out and see the Alhambra lit up in the night and wanted to kill sometime in the meanwhile. This place looked gorgeous with the outdoor seating and the beautiful bougainvillea trees and we decided to hang out on a whim. Inside of the restaurant has a very Moroccan feel and is very elaborately decorated .The person who was helping us told us after we sat down that they won't serve food as they were fasting but we can get beverages which worked out perfect for us because that's all we wanted . There is a huge tea selection and we settled on one (cant recall the name now ) . It came in cute teapots and tasted delicious. If you like us take your tea sugarless I will highly recommend sweetening it here , it tasted so much better . The service was friendly, but they do overcharge. I am assuming the prices are steep because of the...
Read moreTucked away in the hills of the Albaicin District, the former Arab quarter of Granada, is a tiny little Morrocan tagine restaurant run by Muslims, serving halal food.
It was a bit quiet when went, but sometimes that's how we like it.
Travelling is not about being a tourist, but climbing those narrow winding paths that take us to places away from the mainstream, and meeting people not too dissimilar to ourselves, but with whom our paths would otherwise almost never cross.
Food was amazing as well. Highly recommend the place for anyone visiting Granada to see the Alhambra complex.
