Went with my boyfriend to this restaurant and left completely shocked by the waitress atitude. Our bill was 32 euros and we wanted to split it. She passed my boyfriend’s card without giving him the machine for him to check the value, which is completely wrong. We both get notification when we buy things with our card, so we saw that she split the value but added some euros more, giving herself a good tip. Hoy dia 25 de diciembre y con una reserva hecha de hace 2 meses llegamos al restaurante y que nos encontramos que una mesa de 20 personas nos la han dividido en 10 y 10 y yo muy amablemente voy a decir que porque nos han separado cuando pedí explícitamente que nos pusieran una mesa juntas ya que es la comida de navidad y queríamos estar toda la familia juntas y me dijeron que sin problema. Le digo al muchacho que que solución me puede dar y me dice que ninguna que hace unos días metieron una mesa grande y esa sí la han puesto toda junta y yo claro quejándome de eso le echa la culpa a su compañero cunado yo toda la reserva la hice con el. Le he pedido que me lo solucione y me dice que lo ha echo por nosotros y que en una mesa larga estaríamos muy incómodos pero esque eso no es decisión suya cuando le pedí este todos juntos ya que ahora tenemos que separnos y nos quedamos colgados respecto al menu. Estoy muy descontenta con la situación ya que le ha dado igual el problema y su respuesta ha sido a mí jefe le da igual el solo quiere ver el restaurante lleno. Y creo que lo más importante no es ver el restaurante lleno. Sino que la gente que va, vuelva a repetir. Y aunque tenía las expectativas muy altas porque ya había estado se me han caído todas. Por nuestra parte y la de las 19 personas de más no volveremos seguro. Para colmo teníamos reserva a las 14h siendo ahora las 15.58 solo hemos comido los entrantes.
