I visited REST. PESCADERIA SERIE OR on April 17, 2024, based on a friend’s recommendation. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. I ordered some seafood and asked the restaurant to prepare it for me. About an hour after eating, I began experiencing severe gastrointestinal distress. I had to use the restroom multiple times that day and continued to suffer from diarrhea for the following week, requiring medication to manage the symptoms. My discomfort lasted for four weeks, and I did not feel fully recovered until May.
I reached out to the restaurant to discuss the incident, hoping for a reasonable response. Instead, I was met with hostility and dismissiveness. The restaurant insisted that their food was clean and showed no concern for my health. They even threatened me, stating they didn’t care if I reported them to the health department or wrote negative reviews.
This experience not only ruined my trip to Granada but also significantly impacted my health. A restaurant that displays such a lack of accountability and concern for customer well-being is unacceptable. I cannot recommend REST. PESCADERIA SERIE OR to anyone and advise caution to potential diners.

I was not expecting a different answer from you... I gave you the opportunity to apologize, but not even a single apology, a very clear sign of incompetent management... Go ask the old blonde rude manager at Materia Prima restaurant and her young Moroccan lady employee, because you clearly should not push me to post publicly (here or on other platforms) the details of what happened. There are BASIC RULES OF SERVICE, and those apply no matter where and what business you are in: being polite, understanding and apologetic. If you cannot apply these, just find another job!! Anyway, keep being the "tourist trap" that you are, where people pay a lot for bad/so-so food... We went to another restaurant where they are actual professionals and know how to service people with excellent food, and we were absolutely delighted to pay over 100 euros there! So, enjoy the 15 euros we spent at your place and keep being mediocre :)
No esperaba una respuesta diferente por su parte... Te di la oportunidad de disculparte, pero ni siquiera una disculpa, una señal muy clara de gestión incompetente... Ve a preguntarle a la vieja rubia y maleducada gerente del restaurante Materia Prima y a su joven empleada marroquí, porque está claro que no deberías presionarme para que publique públicamente (aquí o en otras plataformas) los detalles de lo sucedido. Hay REGLAS BÁSICAS DE SERVICIO, y esas se aplican sin importar dónde y en qué negocio estés: ser educado, comprensivo y disculparse. Si no eres capaz de aplicarlas, ¡búscate otro trabajo! En fin, sigan siendo la "trampa para turistas" que son, donde la gente paga mucho por comida mala/tan mala.... Fuimos a otro restaurante donde son verdaderos profesionales y saben cómo atender a la gente con una comida excelente, ¡y estuvimos absolutamente encantados de pagar más de 100 euros allí! Así que disfrutad de los 15 euros que nos gastamos en vuestro local y seguid siendo mediocres :) THE WORST SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED!!! Read moreI had the pleasure of dining at GRUPO SERIE ORO in the Granada market, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The quality and freshness of the seafood were truly outstanding. Each dish was prepared with such care and taste, highlighting the natural flavors and freshness of the ingredients. The variety on the menu offered something for every seafood lover, and every bite was a delight.
What truly set the experience apart, however, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel welcome and well-cared for throughout our meal. Special mention goes to Yunis, among others.
