TILÍN by GARBO. Cafetería, bar de vinos y vinoteca — Restaurant in Granada

I had a great visit to Tilín. While it doubles as a coffee-shop and natural wine bar, I went in the evening and enjoyed some delicious snacks and tried some new wines.

The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what they do. I’m not too familiar with natural wines, but they guided me through the selection with great recommendations, making it a good spot for seasoned connoisseurs of natural wines or those who are newer to them.

The food really shined. There are familiar snacks like chips with anchovies or mussels, which are salty, satisfying, and paired really with the white wine I had. The ikura with crème fraîche was a standout: rich, bright salmon roe with a cool, creamy base that made each bite pop. The Gildas are also a must: You can’t go wrong with either the tongue or the eel version. I recommend trying both!

Another favorite is the ensaladilla de Garbo, a creative and refreshing spin on the classic Spanish ensaladilla rusa with subtle Japanese influences.

All in all, Tilín is a place worth seeking out. I’ll have to go back in the morning for their coffee and breakfast selection. Whether you’re into coffee, wine, food, or just a laid-back spot with great energy, it’s a must while you’re in Granada. I can’t...

Came here after our visit to the Alhambra and it was amazing. The food and natural wine were delicious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They even gave us a list of other places to eat and visit in Granada. It was also open later in the afternoon which was perfect for us....
