I sit at the table with a friend and we order some pasta and drinks. When it came, My Negroni was dirty water, and my pasta was everything but a pasta with funghi.
The waiter did not even pretend he was working, just keep talking with someone at the side of the street. No matter of how straight I would raise my hand or trying to contact him, dude was unbothered. I felt like I had to pray him to bring me the bill.
Finally, last but not least, I ask for an espresso and bro brought me back a whole caraf of coffee, which could have been only a badly made americano. Upon my concern for the 20 liters water he was trying to sell as espresso, I got told that was “””espresso here in Ibiza”””” . If you give wings to a pig, it is not going to be an helicopter.

I always take a gluten free pizza (crispy, airy bottom made of rice and corn) and drizzle it with pepper oil, olive oil and some extra salt… the taste is amazing.
