Mar y Sol — Restaurant in Ibiza

Hello, I was in your restaurant 2 days ago, on the 25 June at about 3:57pm and one of your waiters charged me 215 euro instead of 21.5 euro. After we realized the mistake the waiter tried to make a refund to my card. He said I will get my money back in a couple of minutes but even until now nothing came back. I have the printed confirmation he gave me and I'm happy to send it wherever you want me to but I cannot find an email address to contact you on your webpage. I couldn't wait at your place for the money because I had to be back to the ship that was sailing out of Ibiza. Please help.

Edit: Refund just arrived so updating review. Decent service honest waiter. Refund lasted more than expected but eventually arrived so...

Been to this place the other day and that was an absolute nightmare. Horrible experience I’ve ever had. My friend and I ordered two shots of vodka and when my friend was drinking her shot, you’re not gonna believe what she found in there, a freaking piece of glass. A piece of glass in a shot! But to be honest, this wasn’t even the worst part. The worst part was the staff’s reaction. I don’t know what it was, but they all seemed to be high and didn’t even care about what just happened. Not to be dramatic, but my friend could die and that’s very serious. Worst place ever! Don’t come here unless you want to experience the most terrible and disgusting...

This place is terrible. When I asked was it a hostess, the waiter said sit anywhere, but when I tried someone said I have to wait for the hostess. Asked for my drink to come out with the food, they said ok… nope! Forgot to give me my plate after serving the table, forgot to give my wife the extra cheese for nachos

Most importantly and unbiased to the service, the food really wasn’t good. A large party of 12 and only 1 finished what they ordered. Took 3x (about 10 mins) asking to get the check so we can leave and then we couldn’t split it. The sangria was really good and so was the atmosphere/music those were the only positive takeaways...
