Bronx Burger Factory: Still Firing on All Cylinders! 🍔🔥
What an absolute treat to revisit Bronx Burger Factory in Corralejo! Having visited their original spot last year, I was keen to see if their new restaurant maintained the same incredible standards, and I'm thrilled to say it absolutely does – and then some!
The most heartwarming part of our recent visit was being recognized by one of the team members from the original location. It's such a personal touch and really speaks volumes about the friendly, welcoming atmosphere they cultivate. It made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in.
And the burgers? Oh my god, they are still, without a doubt, some of the best I've ever had. Each bite is a burst of flavor, cooked to perfection, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. They truly know how to craft a sensational burger.
But let's talk about the hot sauces! For any spice enthusiast, their range of amazing hot sauces is an absolute highlight. From mild and tangy to seriously fiery, there's something for every palate, and they really elevate the already fantastic burgers to another level.
Bronx Burger Factory continues to be a must-visit in Corralejo. The combination of exceptional food, a fantastic array of hot sauces, and genuinely friendly service (especially that personal touch of being remembered!) makes for an unforgettable dining experience. Highly,...
Read moreThis is our second visit to Bronx Burger Factory this week. The food here is amazing. My husband had the Apollo on both occasions and loved the blue cheese kick. I had the Michael Jordan on my first visit (just the right amount of hot sauce) and I had the Al Capone (with sun dried tomato, burrito cheese and a fabulous pistachio pesto sauce) It is also amazing value for money with two smash burgers, fries, one large beer and a soft drink for just over €30. We come to Corralejo twice a year and Bronx Burger is a must visit every time. Do yourself a favour and try one of their amazing burgers on your next visit. You will not be...
Read moreHad a triple smash bacon cheeseburger with pickles and special sauce, french fries and what I thought was a ranch-like sauce on the side. Burger is definitely on a similar level as Five Guys. Fries were also well freshly cooked, crispy and properly seasoned. Burger bun and patties tasted exactly what I was hoping for. Minor point of attention/improvement would be the bacon: it was on the tough & chewy side and I would have liked it more if it had a better crunch/crispier. Our waiter was super chill and attentive. Probably the best burger...
