Pasqualina Bistrot — Restaurant in La Oliva

The service was excellent, the pasta very good and totally home made as advised. I didn't feel like putting a five star review just because you end up paying 30€ and coming out of there feeling hungry. It's ok to pay 13-16€ for a pasta dish outside of Italy and namely in a so remote island but I would appreciate more quantity, at the end it's not a fancy place and coming out of there hungry and having paid 7€ for a wine (it would be nice - and correct - to show drink prices on the menu) leaves you with a bitter sweet sensation. Just that, the rest is ok, service attentive and efficient, good ingredients, and for sure, good wine, just let me decide if I want an average one and pay the usual 3.50€ for it, or a high-end one. I've been there with the fam and we were all glad we chose this place as compared to any other in Corralejo. The location was not as in-your-face as most restaurants in the area; the entrance door was rather anonymous, only a couple of tables on the outside were evidence of a eating place. However, the interior design was nicely styled and detailed-oriented. Particularly, the upstairs terrace was cozy and romantic even, the wind being the only annoyance at times. The service was prompt and polite; waiters seemed professional and efficient. The food arrived incredibly quickly and everyone thought the pizzas were excellent. Price-quality ratio was very appropriate. Hard to say, but there is a very good chance this might qualify as the best pizza on the island. Well done. Would recommend...

La splendida isola di Fuerteventura ha tantissime emozioni da offrire al mondo intero che la va a visitare. Tra queste c'è anche Pasqualina Bistrot ! Si perché andare a mangiare in questo posto regala forti emozioni al palato !!! Lo posso dire con certezza perché durante la settimana in cui siamo stati sull isola io e mia moglie Loredana abbiamo mangiato due volte in questo locale ed ogni volta abbiamo provato piatti diversi La cucina e di altissima qualità, come pure gli ingredienti. Ogni piatto assaggiato ti fa capire quanto Massimo, lo chef titolare, ci metta passione ed amore nel suo lavoro Abbinamenti sempre molto equilibrati. Una scelta di piatti tra cucina Italiana e Canaria completa Massimo e la moglie sono due persone solari e simpatiche, alla buona Una bella famiglia la sua ! E poi c'è Carla un tornado di simpatia !
