My self and my wife called in here and were we delighted. A lovely restaurant and the first thing we were asked had we a reservation, a good sign. Lucky they had a table available and we sat down. The restaurant quickly filled with locals, mostly young locals, and the waiter Daniel and the chef coped very well. it's menu is aimed towards sharing as most of the parties around us did. I was hungry but Rita was not. We ordered Chicken brocettes, 4, and I ordered the rib eye steak. The brocettes were 4 skewers with 2 large pieces of chicken and vegetables on each and the steak was delicious and perfectly cooked as ordered, rare. The chips were unusual, thin sliced potatoes deep fried and, we ordered an extra portion. Read moreI really can't understand previous reviews that complain about the service. Both nights we were there the waiters were very attentive and polite. One of the evenings we were informed our mains would take a bit longer but we had no problem waiting the extra 5 minutes. One of the waiters could easily end up being the happiest and most energetic person we ever met.
Now the food... a selection of tapas and mains. Fried aubergine with honey, foie with caramelised apples and this yum curry bread. But the highlight for me was the ceviche with passion fruit. Good lord was that good. The cod was also very good.
Overall this was a great experience and it is now one of my favourite places...
