I had a wonderful evening at this restaurant. The staff were warm, professional, and quick to assist. I really appreciated the clear explanation of the menu and the dishes—it made me feel welcome and well taken care of.

The food was of high quality and full of flavor. It’s obvious that a lot of care and attention went into the preparation. Personally, I found the sour notes in some dishes a bit overpowering, but that’s just a matter of taste.

When it comes to presentation, I think there’s room for improvement. For example, the aubergine tasted great, but the combination of brown sauce and brown vegetable didn’t look very appealing. A touch of color would make a big difference—after all, we eat with our eyes too.

I also felt that the price-to-portion ratio was slightly off in a few cases. While the experience is refined, it’s important to keep things in perspective. The torrija, for instance, was very small. The ice cream had a pleasant flavor, but its texture and structure weren’t quite right.

To be clear: this isn’t a complaint, but honest feedback. As a former chef of a Michelin-starred restaurant and with years of experience managing four- and five-star hotels, I share these thoughts with respect and good intentions.

I’ll definitely be coming back—thank you for the experience, and best of luck in these...

This restaurant truly lives up to its praise. The food was exquisitely prepared, the appetisers greatly presented, and the ingredients carefully selected. The staff was professional, and the inventory perfectly complemented the ambience. The true star of the meal was the ceviche! I know it includes lime, chili, red onions, perhaps ginger, and cilantro—but I’m left wondering: what gives the sauce its fluffy, milky, pink perfection? Could you share just one small hint? I’ll likely never have the chance to return to Málaga, so I’d be forever...

The food was amazing, we even ordered more to repeat dish because of how good it was. It was delicious as well as original. The service was really nice, explaining all the dishes and being aware the whole time. We drank a bottle of wine from the Canary Islands that was good and went well with the food. Overall, really good experience and will...
