Al-Yamal transports you to the heart of Morocco with its authentic and flavorful dishes. My meal began with a complimentary olive appetizer, followed by a delightful hummus and baba ghanoush, all served with warm pita bread. Each dip was perfectly seasoned, offering a vibrant introduction to the culinary experience.

The main course was a symphony of textures and tastes. The tender chicken skewers were cooked to perfection, retaining their juicy tenderness. The beef tagine was a delight, the meat meltingly soft and infused with a rich, aromatic broth and dry fruits and almonds. The lamb tagine, accompanied by fluffy couscous, was another highlight, showcasing the depth of Moroccan spices. The unique aroma of this dish comes from the radishes in the broth, which can sometimes be mistaken for spoilage. However, this is not the case. Overall, my experience at Al-Yamal was a true delight. The food was exceptional, the service attentive, and the atmosphere warm and inviting. If you're seeking an authentic Moroccan culinary adventure in Malaga, I highly recommend giving...

Great Moroccon food in the heart of Malaga!

We stopped in for a late lunch and was greeted by a friendly man. He seated us promptly and explained the menu and the potion sizes. Good thing as they are large and I would have hated to over-ordered.

We started with Arabic warm bread and hummus. A side of olives was free. All very tasty. The hummus was sprinkled with fresh paprika and drizzled with olive oil. So good!

Then we had the paprika (red peppers) and onion 'salad'. The peppers were so flavorful.

Our main course was Vegetable CousCous in a tangine served with a sauce. It was topped with raisins and garbanzo beans. The vegetables were plentiful.

We finished with a mint tea ordered without sugar. We love a good Moroccon Mint tea served in the small glasses with sprigs of fresh mint and this pour did not disappoint.

Great value. Lovely traditional seating that was colorful and swept you across the...

We went for a dinner while on a trip to Malaga. We eat halal meat only and this restaurants have full halal certification. The owner showed it to us.

Location: It is in a convenient place. We walked to it after parking our car in a nearby garage. The location is safe

Decor: it is a small place, has about 6 tables. The decor is very authentic andulasian, full of interesting stuff. Very very tastefully decorated

Food: Outstanding. We had a pita bread starter with Humous. The humuos was light, while the pita breads were warm.and delicious. The mixed tagine I had was the best one I ever had. The meat melted in our mouth and the it was very tasty. We finished off with some Moroccan mint tea.

Service: felt very well looked after. The gentleman serving was full of chatter...
