We stopped in for a late lunch and was greeted by a friendly man. He seated us promptly and explained the menu and the potion sizes. Good thing as they are large and I would have hated to over-ordered.
We started with Arabic warm bread and hummus. A side of olives was free. All very tasty. The hummus was sprinkled with fresh paprika and drizzled with olive oil. So good!
Then we had the paprika (red peppers) and onion 'salad'. The peppers were so flavorful.
Our main course was Vegetable CousCous in a tangine served with a sauce. It was topped with raisins and garbanzo beans. The vegetables were plentiful.
We finished with a mint tea ordered without sugar. We love a good Moroccon Mint tea served in the small glasses with sprigs of fresh mint and this pour did not disappoint.
