Si pudiera dar 0 estrellas, lo haría. Personal horrendo: tratan a las personas mayores como si fueran basura.

Fui por primera vez con mi abuela y mi marido. El lugar estaba vacío, había mesas disponibles, pero todas estaban sucias. Esperamos, pero nadie vino a atendernos. Así que supusimos que nosotros cogíamos la mesa y buscamos una mesa por nuestra cuenta. Justo cuando estábamos a punto de sentarnos, un hombre nos dijo de forma muy grosera: “¿Quién ha movido esto?”. Le respondí: “Solo estamos buscando dónde sentarnos, no hemos tocado nada”. Entonces nos dijo que nos sentáramos en otra mesa, que también estaba sucia.

Dos días después, mi abuela necesitaba usar el baño. Volvimos a este sitio con la intención de pedir algo también. Había gente en la terraza y tres grupos dentro desayunando. Pero vi que el mismo hombre no la dejó entrar. Le pregunté qué había pasado y me dijo que le habían dicho que estaba cerrado.

Así que me acerqué al hombre y le pregunté: “¿Por qué hay gente en la terraza y dentro si está cerrado? Es confuso”. Me respondió de manera muy borde: “Haz lo que quieras, ya ha entrado(refiriéndose a mi abuela), así que da igual”. Me quedé en shock.

Le pedí a mi abuela que por favor fuera rápida, y pedí un café para llevar para poder irnos cuanto antes. Al ir a pagar, la mujer de la barra me dice: “No aceptamos tarjeta si no es a partir de 10 €”, lo cual me parece ridículo. Esto es España, y para gastar 10 € en una cafetería tendrías que comprar varias cosas.

Tuve que pagar por Bizum. Le dije a la mujer de la barra: “¿Qué clase de sitio trata así a la gente mayor? ¿Cómo es posible que ese hombre le hablara así a mi abuela? Es horrible”. A ella no le importó. Simplemente dijo: “Es lo que hay”. Senti racismo por parte del hombre que atiende y por parte de la señora de la barra. Como española me parece vergonzoso.

I went there for the first time with my grandma and husband. The place was empty, there were tables available, but all of them were dirty. We waited, but no one came to assist us. So we assumed it was self-service and looked for a table ourselves. Just as we were about to sit down, a man rudely said, “Who moved this?” I replied, “We’re just looking for a place to sit, we haven’t touched anything.” He then told us to sit at the next table, which was also dirty.

Two days later, my grandma needed to use the restroom. We went back to this place, intending to order something as well. There were people sitting on the terrace and three groups inside having breakfast. But I saw the same man refusing to let my grandma go inside. I asked her what had happened, and she told me he said they were closed.

So I approached the man and asked, “Why are there people on the terrace and inside if you’re closed? It’s confusing.” He rudely replied, “Do whatever you want, she already went in, so it doesn’t matter.” I was shocked.

I told my grandma to please be quick, and I went to order a coffee to go so we could leave as soon as possible. When I was about to pay, the woman at the bar told me, “We don’t accept card payments unless it’s over €10,” which is ridiculous. This is Spain — to spend €10 in a coffee shop, you’d have to buy several things.

I ended up having to use Bizum to pay. I told the woman at the bar, “What kind of place treats elderly people like this? How is it acceptable for that man to speak to my grandma that way? It’s horrible.” She just shrugged and said, “It is what it is.”

I felt racism from the man who attends and from the lady at the bar. As a Spanish, I find...

Tourists ( or foreign residents with an accent) beware: the waiter will show you the menu, but with all the little sandwiches crossed out. He will tell they ran out of them, so only the big sandwiches and thus more expensive ( in spanish context) are available.

However, you will see that all the local spaniards around you are being served the half sandwiches😂😂😂 iow: tourists are only allowed the expensive option, forced upon you with a lie.

Furthermore cash only, as the machine is “broke”…. Since forever by reading the other reviews. Yet another lie, to lower transaction costs and probably declare lower income to tax agencies ( this is speculation...

He entrado en este sitio porque como a todos nos puede pasar necesitaba ir al baño con urgencia, si allí no consumes no te dejan entrar, ya me paso en navidades y lo respeto aunque siempre que veas que no va a ser un mal cliente o persona extraña pues se debería tener amabilidad y dejar pasar pero si esas son sus normas se acepta. Hoy dije bueno le voy a dar una oportunidad porque va mucha gente del cuerpo de policía y guardia civil y muchos turistas. Me pedí un café y un pitufo mixto. El café rico pero el pitufo frío por dentro tipo de nevera y de no haber dejado los ingredientes en plancha un tiempo y por fuera la parte del pan de arriba del pitufo, quemada. Fui al baño, cuando llegue tenía el desayuno, no son lentos pero a veces eso no es un beneficio. La camarera pelirroja muy impertinente y poco discreta, se fue para el baño diciendo que, " que peste" chiquilla tu no necesitas ir al baño? . Y se puso como una enloquecida a hechar ambientador por todo el local y en el baño, delante de los clientes. Disculpe señor encargado, debería de dar unas lecciones de amabilidad y discreción a su personal. En la hostelería un cliente ofendido no vuelve y a la vista está que quitando su clientela fija y ubicación del local, pocas son las reseñas positivas. Debería cuidar más eso sobre todo porque hay personas o clientes como yo que tenemos mucha influencia en redes y en plataformas y no es de agrado que desde primera hora de la mañana me haya sentido así. Luego datáfono roto, me pone el número en el Tiket y me dice bizum o efectivo. Así que si tienes prisa tampoco es un método rápido. En fin buen día, yo no volveré y mucha gente a la que conozco tampoco ya mis redes están explotando esta mañana. Nefasto, suerte a...
