100 Montaditos — Restaurant in Madrid

I like going to 100 Montaditos but in this one there's a really rude barman. This friday, I asked him after having paid my order if I could grab my chips. Instead of answering professionally, he used affectionate nicknames and didn't let me take them right away. He didn't want to check my order or whatever. I could have passed on this but then, when I was leaving with my chips, he started imitating kisses toward me. This is not professional. I told him not to do that, even though he though it was a proper way to say"see you". I went back to my table. While he was cleaning the tables he started a scene saying that it is not written somewhere that he has not the right to say goodbye like this and that he can do whatever he wants. I tried to explain him that being professional is not being too much friendly and crossing lines and that I respected him for his job but he has to respect me in return and not treat me this way. He then invited me to leave his bar. We left because it's not the first time that he's rude with people. Last time I was there he yelled at my friends who wanted to greet us at closure time saying that they had to leave. But they had asked, a collegue of his, the permission to do so. I know it's not an easy job but part of it is being professional and respectful with clients. I like this franchise but I'm not going there again to get...

We visited the restaurant as visitors in our first day at the city. Although the food was quite good and really cheap (concerning it was Sunday and there were discounts - almost everything 1€!), the serving was terrible. I ordered a burger meal to a woman who worked as a cashier - named Carmen. When it was time to receive my order, I was given a hot dog meal (at the same price). I told the waitress that I had ordered something different, she communicated with Carmen, she told me I ordered a hot dog and she made me take the prepared meal. When I proceeded Carmen, she insisted that I had ordered that hot dog meal, kept on gaslighting me and talking back to me, as if I didn't know what I wanted to eat. Carmen was really rude, unpleasant and didn't want to serve me at all. Additionally, we found a cockroach in the bathroom and the waiting time was quite too much. Terrible...

Nothing wrong with the food - quite the contrary. Yet this is where me and my girl received the worst customer service we've ever encountered. The person behind the desk (25-30ish-year old African-American man) asked us towards him, and then he was blabbering and singing while we were giving our order. We were alone on this, the inside side of the restaurant, so it seemed he simply wanted to try our tempers, which he surely accomplished. He got the order wrong and we didn't get what we asked for, probably due to him being aloof or making a mistake.
