360º Rooftop Bar — Restaurant in Madrid

I was recommended this place for its nice rooftop view, especially if I wanted to enjoy a drink to end my time in Madrid. I came with an open mind, hoping to enjoy the experience without any judgment. There’s a €10 entrance fee per person, which I didn’t mind, as it was my last night in the city. However, the experience was disappointing. When we entered, no one welcomed or guided us, so my friend and I sat down and tried to find someone to speak to. The waitress who we spoke to didn’t speak English and only spoke Spanish. We tried to explain that we didn’t understand and needed help ordering, but she just walked away. Later, she came back, pointed at us and said “two,” made a motion toward a queue, and walked off. We followed the queue, confused, and then she told us—quite rudely—to go outside. It wasn’t until someone at the door explained things that we finally understood what was going on. Even worse, when it was finally our turn to be seated, the same waitress came back and placed us in a corner next to the wall without saying a word. Her attitude was dismissive and unpleasant throughout. I noticed she was polite with other guests, which made us feel singled out. While the view and atmosphere were nice enough, the service experience left a bad impression. We paid for entry and expected at least basic courtesy and respect. Unpleasant Experience at 360º Rooftop Bar… My recent visit to 360º Rooftop Bar turned out to be an unpleasant experience that left a bitter taste in my mouth. In addition to the mandatory 10€ entrance fee per person and a frustrating 45-minute wait for a table without any air conditioning, the treatment received from the staff was unacceptable.

Curious about the excessive queues, my friends and I politely inquired about the situation. Instead of providing a reasonable explanation or addressing our concerns, the staff responded with threats, stating that they would call security to remove us from the premises. This kind of response was both shocking and completely uncalled for.

Such behavior displayed a clear lack of professionalism and customer service, leaving me questioning the integrity of the establishment. Threatening paying customers for asking a legitimate question is not only disrespectful but also a reflection of poor management and an overall disregard for the satisfaction of their clientele.

Despite this unfortunate incident, I am open to having a discussion with the managers of 360º Rooftop Bar. I believe in constructive communication and resolving issues amicably. It is my hope that they will take this feedback seriously and address the concerns raised, ensuring a better experience for future patrons.

However, considering the treatment received and the subpar overall experience, I cannot, at this time, recommend Sky Bar to others. There are plenty of other rooftop venues that prioritize customer satisfaction and provide a more enjoyable and respectful...

Bunch of thieves! We went for our first trip to Madrid and were told that we MUST see the RIU 360 bar, well we were in for a treat alright. Without a doubt thee worst experience possible! There website makes it seem like the 360 bar is the terrace, which it is not it is 2 separate things and they hold your card to make a reservation but it isn’t for the terrace where all the cool pics are taken and you have the gorgeous views, NO! It’s a bar right under it and we can barely see outside! You have access to the terrace but the drink that comes with your high priced ticket can only be taken downstairs and your table is only reserved down stairs NOT in the terrace! So please be very careful! Also when we went down and said “Hey there must of been some sort of mistake” well they sneak in some small print there to protect themselves so they can keep your money when you realize that you have been ripped off!! They charge $28 Euros per person to sit there and include one drink valued at $13 euros in the crappy 360 bar with no view! Also if you cancel the reservation they charge you $50 euros!
