Clearly just a trend and nothing more behind it. We are used to very good Italian restaurants, but this is certainly not one of them. The food is average and the drinks or rather the home-made lemonade had nothing to do with lemonade. It was more like cucumber water... When it came to the fact that we hadn't ordered dessert, we were immediately brought the bill. My fiancé went to the toilet and during this time the waiter must have walked past 5 times to see if he was back. At some point it got too long for him because he wanted to get rid of us and just stood there with the card machine. It's worth mentioning that we hadn't ordered the bill or said how we wanted to pay. We hadn't even finished our drink at this point.
I paid the bill and left a tip because we thought that was part of the service. I immediately regretted this tip when he came 5' after we had paid the bill and we were finishing our drinks and said that we had to leave as they had other reservations.
The reservation said that we had to leave the table after 1.5 hours and not after 55 minutes!
This is 0 customer-orientated and unfortunately only about profit and money, a real shame!!!

Read moreI recently dined at Beata Pasta, an Italian restaurant in the city center that has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor, with its rustic charm, reminded me of an authentic Italian trattoria.
My visit was great. The service was efficient and friendly, with the staff offering helpful suggestions and readily answering any questions about the menu. The overall vibe was relaxed, with soft Italian music playing, making it a perfect spot for a calm dining experience.
I ordered the carbonara pasta, which was outstanding. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the sauce was creamy and flavorful, without being too heavy. I also enjoyed a glass of the house red wine, which complemented the dish well. The pricing was fair for the quality, with the main course costing around €15, and the portion sizes were quite generous.
I highly recommend Beata Pasta to anyone who enjoys authentic Italian cuisine. It’s a great choice for both a casual meal with friends or a romantic dinner. I’d rate it 4.5 out of 5 stars. The food and service were top-notch, though the restaurant can get crowded during busy hours, which makes it...
Read moreThis is my first visit to Beata Pasta. I expected to have a great time there with my boyfriend. But I did not like the attitude of the staff: if we were 20 minutes late, we were informed that the reservation had already been canceled. Later, they informed us that we can have dinner, but we have one hour for it. This is ridiculous if we are talking about Madrid, to arrive from spot A to spot B during the weekend could be problematically. Hostess need to be prepared and inform their visitors in the different way about the rules of the restaurant. Including the time for waiting your order is at least 30 Min. It is not OK to have just 1.5 hour for dinner in general. Not all waiters are equally friendly. No recommendations from their part. We received the wrong vine, not the one which we ordered, good that my fiend paid attention, and informed the waiter about that. The vine was changed, but we didn't receive any excuse. The food is generally tasty, except the dessert, it was dry and too sweet, but unfortunately I will not recommend the restaurant to...
