Food was great, the guys that keep bringing you meat are also the nicest. But I would not recommend the "all inclusive". It is nearly impossible to get refills, you can sit there with empty glasses for 15 min and nobody asks if you want more, also the guys who bring drinks are gone most of the time and when they come there is no eye contact. So we ended up having our Caipirinha and one soft drink when soft drink was unlimited. Then our plates were taken away because we finished eating and in 20 min we were not able to get a refill. After another 10 min with an empty table I managed to stop a guy and he said that refills are while you're eating and that the refill I was asking for was going to be charged extra... We didn't have our desert yet or anything. So I paid all inclusive for nothing and got charged extra for the refill. Biggest waste of money ever. The food was amazing, but the drinks service gets a zero. The young guy who looked like he was in charge of the drinks in our section...

Si pudiera dejar un 0 estrellas o menos 10 estrellas lo haria. Para empezar en un mall no se espera la mejor comida pero si al menos un poco de cortesia en el servicio. Mi experiencia el de hoy Mayo 2 del 2024 (pongo la fecha para que los que vayan manana esten avisados) fue la peor experiencia en un restaurante. El primer muchacho al recibirnos muy cordialmente nos dice hoy dos por uno!!! Incluye el rodizio y las bebidas. Nos sentamos y luego el siguiente muchacho llega a la mesa con una cara de pocos amigos como si el fuera demasiado para el trabajo que esta ejerciendo sin ningun tipo de cortesia llega y nos dice: BEBIDAS? Mi respuesta un agua y un vino por favor. Luego me dice: Guarniciones? Mi respuesta: no se que hay de guarniciones recien me siento. Y me responde: papas, arroz, ensalada, frijoles, pure.

Esas fueron las unicas palabras que salieron de su boca en todo el momento que estuve alli. Le pedi pure, arroz y ensalada.

A los 5 minutos me traen el agua y el vino. Pasaron 40 minutos y nadie se acerco a mi mesa hasta que finalmente el primer muchacho me dice la falta las guarniciónes? Y le respondi hace rato. El me dice lo que pasa es que le segundo muchacho se olvido y solo puso las bebidas.

Estuve sentado 40 minutos esperando viendo como servian las otras mesas porque para hacerlo peor… no te sirven las carnes hasta que no se hayan servido las guarniciones.

Finalmente me llegan las guarniciónes y llega las comida desabrida de pesima calidad.

Llega un manager a preguntarme si esta todo bien. Yo le respondo el servicio pésimo y la comida decente. Y le explique lo que paso. Me dijo lo siento es que el chico es nuevo.

Despues de comer y llenarme a punta de arroz y pure ya que fue lo que mejor estaba. Pido la cuenta y una mesera llega y me dice no haz ordenado los postres. Le dije que no queria nada mas. Y me responde diciendo: a no!!! para que pueda tener el dos por uno tienes que ordenar los postres y comertelos. Lo cual nunca me lo dijeron al llegar.

Lamentablemente la peor experiencia en un restaurante por su servicio...

Food is bellow average. You get the meat in bulk. But the quality of it is below average. 1 or 2 kinds of meat was a bit decent. Side dishes were rice and fries, corn fried banana and salad. Included in the price . Small quantities, refill was delayed all the time. Fast food quality not a restaurants’. Service is acceptable, going all over the place to meet demand. Menu of 20€ includes meat and the side dishes. Expect 4€ for unlimited beverages. Alcohol is extra. Restaurant is in the mall. You get to watch people shopping and passing by. You get what you pay most of the times.. for top notch flavour you got to...
