Read more一直好想吃火锅,经朋友介绍今天去了一家新开的火锅店,加盟国内重庆朝天门火锅的马德里朝天门火锅店。看照片什么的感觉很正宗的样子,觉得值得一试。地段在闹中取静的san bernardo,说实话你要知道那个店专门去,不是那种随便在市中心逛逛就能逛到的。店面很大装修很大气,国内餐厅的装修风格,一进门就能闻到很重的重庆麻辣火锅味道。桌子是大理石桌,椅子是实木椅。自助调料,国内带来的香油罐头。好评!点了招牌麻辣火锅加菌菇锅。(考虑到广东朋友,还有就是为了涮青菜,就没有点全麻辣的。)火锅看上去很好看,满满牛油,好评。但是汤底太淡,我加了很多盐才是有点咸味。而且我还是那种吃的比较淡的人。辣度是广东人能接受的辣度考虑到你在国外开店要考虑大众辣度口感,所以也就ok了,毕竟重庆辣度能接受的人还是不多。当然你要加麻加辣可以跟服务员说,当然如果他们能写在菜单里就更好了。火锅底料如果能够再浓郁一点也更好了!菌菇的话就是很浓的香菇味道的汤,本身我也不是很在意清汤锅的品质因为对我来说就是用来涮青菜的。可能骨汤会更适合我。点了开胃菜小酥肉,很失望。因为就是面粉裹肥肉,都没有吃到瘦肉,很失望!...
