We came here for the paella, as it was recommended by my sister. We had paella during the day and at night. It was very tasty. We received pincho’s with our drinks and a basket of fresh bread. 🥖 every time except for one the service was very good. 👍 the one time it wasn’t was with a waiter named Andreas. He was rude. Usually we would get a pitcher of cold water with ice so everyone could drink, but this guy told us we had to buy the bottled water and that the boss told him to sell everything he could, no freebies. That day we cut our meal short. My daughter got upset and left! I spoke to the manager that was in charge that evening and he excused himself for the waiter. He informed me that he would speak to the waiter in question. The young waiter (Estevan) that was working with Andreas was also apologetic and I informed him that we didn’t want the other waiter to come to our table anymore. Estevan served us well and when we left, I didn’t leave a tip on the bill so that Andreas would not receive anything. I slid a healthy tip into Estevans pocket. We loved the food!

I've been here only once in December 2017. Indeed authentic relaxed place for tapas and a glass of wine. Nothing fancy. Price is reasonable as far as you stay within the menù. As soon as you make a change babam! Staff not particularly kind, it seems like they know how famous they are. I'd go back mainly for the jamón iberico which was indeed good.

I had the most awful experience with this so called restaurant or whatever it is. On December 25th I left my hotel in search of a bottle of wine to have as I was really missing my husband and family back home. On my venture, I saw that this Delicias del Museo was the only place around that was opened. I went in, totally to be ignored by the waiters at the time. I then humbly approached one of them as I thought to myself, perhaps the others are busy, but to my observation there wasn't alot of customers. I asked this waiter if its possibly to purchase a bottle of white wine. This guy, (the waiter) looked at me in the most disgusted way as though I was as a vagrant begging for food or something, and responded with an extremely distasteful tone, "No wine here" , as though I was blind not to see the wines on the display. I knew for sure language was not the problem because he understood and answered me in the same language that was spoken to him. Why such hostile response for a simple question? I simple turned around and left that place. I really can't help to think maybe the colour of my dark skin contributed to it. I have travelled around the globe and never in my entire existence have I felt this humiliated by the belligerent reply of your employee, particularly on Christmas Day. I really wish the owner or whoever would train their staff to be respectful to its customers or just human beings on a whole regardless of their ethnic background. This waiter has no idea who I am, where I'm from, or what I do for a living but that's ok. Nonetheless, it doesn't cost a red cent to be nice to people or anyone they encounter especially potential customers. I also wish that the management can perhaps view the CCTV (the encounter) between the waiter and myself, and train their staff for the better. But then again on second thought you don't train someone for cheap labor...
