We had a great experience!

We came by a couple of times during our trip in Madrid as it is pretty much opposite to Atocha’s train and metro stations and near our accommodation . Lovely and chilled atmosphere, with warm staff who make you feel welcome as you walk in. Food and drinks were ready fast and the taste was perfect as well as the portions. Would definitely come back! Heartfelt thanks to the lovely staff ❤️

We chose to come back for my husband’s birthday as we enjoyed the food and drinks last time we’ve been. I had nothing planned. All I asked was for a candle for one of the portions of cake we’ve got and told them it was his birthday. They took care of it and not only we’ve got a candle but waited until we finished our meal to bring a personalised plate and the staff came sing happy birthday with me . It was a very touching...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This little coffee shop is such a hidden gem! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for grabbing a cup of coffee and either relaxing or getting some work done. The coffee itself is excellent—smooth, rich, and clearly made with care.

What really stood out, though, was the service. Gloria, the host, was absolutely wonderful. She greeted me with a genuine smile and made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. She took the time to recommend a drink based on what I like and even checked in to make sure everything was just right. You can tell she truly cares about every guest’s experience.

Between the quality of the drinks and Gloria’s warmth, this spot is definitely worth visiting. I’ll be coming...

I was already convinced when looking at this café/restaurant online since the photos made it look really nice and cozy but it was even better in person and the ambience was really pleasant. The location is great since its easily reachable by foot from the city center and close to some great sights (namely parque el retiro; museo reina sofia etc). The food was deliciosa and you can't really complain about the price. It isn't super cheap; but you get what you pay for! The selection they offer is diverse and suitable for vegetarians; which you certainly cant say for many restaurants, even nowadays unfortunately. The staff is really nice and wont make you wait long before serving you your order. All in all: I will be back....

The 5.30 euro (!!) smoothies were terrible, they tasted like what I imagine bathwater with sugar to taste like. Absolutely unpalatable, chunky, the frozen mix wasn't fully mixed in, just so so horrible. I cannot believe you would serve this to customers. I only had a sip and felt sick. Also, the woman who served us was so rude, just treated us like we weren't welcome there. Additionally, it was only 8:30 am and the place was already quite dirty. I really strongly suggest you go anywhere else, even just for a coffee.
