El Rinconcito Cusqueño — Restaurant in Madrid

Sadly it just doesn’t make a cut for a repeating experience. It’s summer and I called without answer 3 times before I went to make sure they had the soup available stated in their menu On arrival they confirmed there is not available and they have different soups available which we took given the trip made It took about 25min until soups were served and the fishy soup was smelling questionable and the second soup was alright. They reminded us that there were 5min until closing to speed our eating which it’s a bit I condescending. Lastly before leaving I came to the apparent owner and asked for a phone number that works so next time I could ask and she answered that they phone number is correct and I should have called more than once (which I did) and asked if I called during working hours which I did and shown then she follows to respond preposterously that she’s way too busy to answer then. I explained it would be useful to make sure on a call before hand if the soup I wanted was available to what she says “all in the menu is available”. Then less sorry I answered that’s not true given what happened and she interrupted to ask me where am I from, gave me a card and said goodbye. It is a Peruvian restaurant near by Purta de Anjel or Extramaduru metro stations. I wass here with my few friends and we tried Sangria but that was totally bad like sugar with water and having some chopped Apples, second one I tried a dish with a little sweet gravy potatoes and egg slice and I liked it, and really only this one I liked here. Es una grandísima pena! La comida rica pero la Atencion es la peor que me han dado en mucho tiempo! Un lunes poco o nada frecuentado. Llegamos a las 19:40 y no había nadie. Nos hemos sentado…el camarero de puso a acomodar las mesas que habían alrededor en vez de venir a preguntarnos que queríamos de beber… cuando ya se le dio la gana de traernos 1 carta para dos personas! Y volvió a dejarnos ahí sin preguntarnos si queríamos algo de beber! Cuando pasados ya 15’ le hemos pedido las bebidas. Las comida buena y generosa. Pedimos para degustar ceviche mixto, papa rellena, arroz chaufa, jalea mixta. Nos dejaron ahí abandonados… el camarero desapareció unos 30’ nos dejó ahí habíamos acabado de comer y queríamos que nos levantaran y pedir postres pero se nos quitó las ganas… de vez en cuando entraban clientes pero como no había nadie atendiendo se iban… me tuve que levantar a decirle al de la cocina que porfavor necesitaba pedir postre y no había nadie.
