I decided to celebrate my birthday with a solo trip to Madrid, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place for my special evening than this restaurant. As a woman traveling alone, I felt completely welcomed and safe throughout the entire experience.

First and foremost, the staff here are incredibly professional, polite, and attentive. Jose, Santi, and Genesis, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable evening. Their kindness and dedication to customer care truly stood out.

The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish crafted to perfection. The cocktails were equally impressive, beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor. The ambiance of the restaurant is elegant and inviting, and even the other guests exude a sense of class and sophistication.

Angry management, despite good location and food. Somebody in the restaurant had made a mistake when taking our friends reservation. So the manager came to tell us that we were not allowed to have the brunch menu, despite our friend reserving it for her birthday brunch. Normally in this sort of situation I would expect a restaurant manager to be apologetic for the mistake, but instead, he was verbally aggressive and raising his voice at my friends. I have never experienced anything like this in a restaurant before, it made me feel scared and uncomfortable. I also felt scared for the waiter, because if this is how the manager speaks to the customers, I worry how he treats his staff. I must compliment the chef and the wait staff, you’re doing a great job, the food is lovely and the waiter was friendly and attentive. But sadly, the manager left me feeling too scared to...

Really the best meal I’ve had this year. The sirloin steak slices were phenomenal and the chips were perfectly crispy but not too oily. We also had a beverage similar to sangria that is a reddish lemonade they serve, and it’s the best alcoholic beverage I’ve ever had. To end, they served delicious yoghurt Oreo ice cream – rare sight and a must-have.

And of course, the service was impeccable. Carlos met accommodated is the entire time despite it being busy, and made sure to make us feel warm and at-home but did not intrude or ask questions. He was so sweet and genuine. The other server we had was also extremely professional and friendly.
