The enormous restaurant has a beautiful and cozy interior, a fantastic-sounding menu, and the music is tastefully selected. The dishes are also beautifully presented and taste excellent, except for the Pão de queijo, which unfortunately bears little resemblance to the texture and consistency of the original from Brazil and is in no way convincing. They are just "okay," while everything else tastes fantastic. It may be just a detail, but when you include such an iconic classic on your menu, you have to be able to deliver.

Due to the size of the restaurant, there are many employees, and unfortunately, the service is not consistently good. The guests are pleasant.

Some employees are wonderful, others, unfortunately, are not at all and are careless. Especially some of the ladies who seem to have some kind of management position are, frankly, terribly cold and bordering on rude. Sometimes.

In the dish "Chaufa Integral de Pato al Tucupí," which is basically a dream, there was unfortunately a shotgun pellet in the duck. When I pointed this out, the manager said that this can happen sometimes, as the ducks are shot wild. That may be true, but I found the way she responded inappropriate – it was trivialized and no compensation was offered, which, in my opinion, is something one would expect in this segment.

I'm okay with the fact that something like this can happen sometimes – but I find the way it was handled less than hospitable.

Despite the faux pas, I would still like to highly praise the menu and the chefs; everything is of great quality and tastes great.

However, I don't want to single out the service for anything positive. Unfortunately, I found it – at least in some areas – rather below average, and this was the second time I've experienced it. I had the feeling that it always affects middle management positions rather than the simple waiters.

Five stars for the food and ambience, but one star deducted due to the lack of warmth and attentiveness of some, but not...

Amazonico Restaurant in Madrid is one of the trendiest places in town for exotic cocktails and exquisite South American cuisine. This restaurant has become one of my favorite spots, and I have visited several times with family and friends, and it has never failed to impress.

From the moment you walk in, you will be greeted by the warm and professional staff, and they will make you feel right at home. The lounge is both calming and lively, with dancing music in the background, which perfectly complements the variety of cocktails and drinks.

The food is fresh and unique, with a South American twist that adds an exciting and flavorful dimension to the dishes. Some items on the menu can be quite spicy, but overall, they are delicious and always exceeding our expectations.

One small issue I have experienced is the overwhelming number of choices on the Brazilian menu, which can make it challenging to decide what to order.

Overall, Amazonico Restaurant in Madrid is a remarkable place that stands out from the crowd. It's a perfect spot to celebrate special occasions, spend quality time with loved ones, or have a night out with friends.

I would give it four stars out of five because while it is a fantastic place, it can be slightly expensive, which may be a concern for some customers.

To improve the place, the owners could consider adding more vegetarian and vegan options to the menu and potentially revising the pricing to make it more accessible.

Despite that, I am grateful for the exceptional service and experience I had, and I would highly recommend Amazonico Restaurant in Madrid to anyone who loves exotic cuisine, a trendy atmosphere, and exquisite cocktails. Based on my experience, I would definitely consider returning to this fantastic place...

During a shopping tour in the Salamanca region of Madrid, we stumbled upon Amazonica, a hidden gem of a restaurant that turned out to be an extraordinary find. As soon as we walked in, we were captivated by the charming and unique decor, which set a delightful ambiance for our meal. The restaurant's interior was a blend of lush greenery, vibrant colors, and intricate design elements that made us feel as if we had entered an exotic oasis.

One of the highlights of our visit was getting a glimpse of the barbecue kitchen, where skilled chefs were at work. The sight of the chef preparing the steaks over an open flame, with the delicious aroma of grilled meat wafting through the air, added to the authenticity and excitement of the dining experience. The kitchen setup, with its large grill and vintage-style equipment, was both impressive and inviting.

We decided to try the Argentinian tenderloin steak and the Angus rib steak, both of which were cooked to perfection. The Argentinian tenderloin was incredibly tender and flavorful, melting in our mouths with each bite. The Angus rib steak, on the other hand, was succulent and juicy, boasting a rich, savory taste that left us craving more.

The presentation of the food was as impressive as its taste, with each dish meticulously arranged to please the eye. The staff at Amazonica were attentive and friendly, enhancing our dining experience with their excellent service and warm hospitality.

Overall, Amazonica is a must-visit for anyone looking for an extraordinary dining experience in Madrid. The combination of stunning decor, a captivating kitchen setup, and mouth-watering steaks makes it a perfect spot for a memorable meal. We left the restaurant feeling satisfied and eager to return on our next visit...
