Just had the most incredible dining experience celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday at EMi. This place is the definition of excellence. The team truly thought of every detail to make it special for him, and I cannot thank them for their care and excitement. Plan for spending a few hours here. Every dish was a STUNNING surprise.
The whole meal was sensational. Millan and Patricia paired the food magically with the perfect wines.
You can really feel chef Rubén's passion in every single detail. I loved his New Nordic and Japanese-inspired dishes… so. impressive.
At the chef’s counter you can witness how the dish is prepared, which I found absolutely fascinating.

En definitiva, la experiencia deslumbra en técnica, con unos fondos delicados y llenos de matices, pero con algunos pases y postres que quizás no dejan la huella deseada, y el hándicap de un precio final elevado para un menú de formas convencionales y porciones mínimas, al que debe sumarse el maridaje para elevar la experiencia.
Rubén tiene el bagaje para que EMi crezca y florezca, solo es cuestión de tiempo, mientras Miguel Ángel continua haciendo su magia.

Chef Ruben often stopped by to share the inspiration and background behind each dish, which added a thoughtful, personal touch.
The wine list is also amazing and exceptionally curated by Miguel, the sommelier.
The space is beautiful and intimate, with a relaxed atmosphere. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming — the kind of hospitality that makes you want to linger and return soon.
