It’s ok. Ok ice creams based on my selection. I tried the pistachio one and to my liking it was too salty, so after 2 or 3 licks, I was gasping for water. Also, they ran out of some popular flavours like chocolate midway through Sunday. They should plan ahead. Queues are big, but run relatively fast. Maybe 5 or 10 minutes tops. Seating indoors (with air con) and outdoors. Not very generous portions on cones compared to cup. But this is a problem industry wide, so can’t say much about it. Stratiacella is sugarless. Tiny locale with cramped seating area. Get takeaway. Whatever is the point of “low sugar” (as printed in their literature) ice cream? Classic pseudo trendy business, popular with instagramers and influencers (just watch the morons taking selfies etc), who think salty ice cream is the next big thing. The Italian-style gelato is incredibly smooth, creamy, and bursting with authentic flavors—you can really taste the fresh fruits, pistachios, and other natural ingredients. The variety and quality are outstanding, and we were absolutely thrilled with our experience. Be prepared for a wait; we queued for about 20 minutes, but it was totally worth it!
