Have you ever paid for something that you have not ordered? Here is what happened:
1-While we are finishing our pizza the waiter brings us shots and the bill. She must want to leave quick, not the best feeling as a customer.
2-I check the bill and see that the shots are included and I paid for it. Shots don’t get added in the machine automatically. I guess she has added them wittingly. Why?
3-After some difficulties with catching her attention (no wonder why), I tell her that we didn’t order these shots. To which she answers: “they are offered!”. Before she runs away I tell her that they are in the bill. She comes towards us, almost annoyed, and go check in her machine. I can clearly see that she is complaining about us to her colleague. Again, not the best feeling as a customer. She eventually comes back to me without any apology, no smile, and gives my a 2 euro coin with in Spanish “ten” which means “there you go”.

Read moreAvoid it. Doesn't worth it. The main problem is that the service doesn't speak English at all. And the 2nd main problem is the advertising of the offer of €19.95/person which is misleading. They offer you a menu for two but they tell you the price per person. We asked the girl in service so many times to explain and that we will pay just 19.95€/pp and she agreed. And she explained it in a very bad and wrong way. At the end we payed 85€ for 4 pizzas, 2 provola affumicata and 2 drinks (2 people), because she was saying that since it is 4 pizzas, we should pay 4 times the offer, although she said at the start that we would pay €19.95/pp. And she had the audacity to write €90 on the pos without asking. As far as the provola affumicata was nice. Hellboy was very good. Ofelia tartufona was alright. Real carbonara and prosciutto and fungi were the worst pizzas...

In the bag there was her wallet with a big amount of money, her ID card and other personal belongings. "No one saw" anything, although there was a camera above them. After all, there was the declaration at the Police station with all facts above. Make what you want to think from it, because the safety is most important than food and this is a responsibility of those who manage this place. Of course, NO...
