La Mafia se sienta a la mesa — Restaurant in Madrid

My colleagues and I ate at this restaurant on our last night in Madrid after our 3 day conference. We had various dishes since there were 6 of us. The decor as you walk in is beautiful. See photos. We instantly loved the ambiance and couldn't wait to dive into the menu and items. I ordered the drink Rosso Diverso. See photo. This was described as a summer wine. It had lemon soda and topped off with a citrus foam. It was a red color just like a wine or sangria and the taste was quite refreshing. I was hungry so I ordered the canneloni filled with oxtail stew. It was tasty and just enough portion to satisfy my hunger. Yummy! I tried my colleagues pasta filled with lamb and foie sauce - so rich but not too rich to offend the taste buds or a weak stomach. This dish was delicious. My colleagues had other dishes and we had starters/appetizers. For dessert we shared the Tiramisu and I love Tiramisu...this was close to a favorite. The service was good and our food arrived in a timely manner. The restaurant was quiet and not crowded. We were there on a Thursday night. I'll have to keep this restaurant in mind when next visiting Spain. They do have other locations. I highly recommend...

I have to start by saying that I’m absolutely in love with Italian cuisine, but I’m also very picky when it comes to choosing the right restaurant and pasta. I always look for authentic Italian flavors, and this place truly delivers. La Mafia is one of those restaurants you can count on—it never disappoints.

My husband and I adore it. Every time we’re in Madrid, we make sure to visit whenever we can. The pasta is excellent, the wine is delightful, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel at home while indulging in rich, flavorful dishes.

If you’re a fan of real Italian food, La Mafia is a must-visit. You won’t regret it!

The food was excellent! We had the pasta, pizza, risotto, ensalada, etc and it was cooked into perfection.. The quality of the product is consistently outstanding, exceeding our expectations.
