Restaurante La Tagliatella — Restaurant in Madrid

Pizza was cold. First time in my life I was served a cold pizza in a restaurant. The waiter dropped some tortellini from the plate onto the tablecloth at the time of serving it. I can understand that it was an accident, no problem, however. What surprised me is that it wasn't until I was looking at him disapprovingly that he decided to remove the pieces of food from the tablecloth. I don't know if he expected me to pick and eat food that had fallen on the tablecloth. At that moment another waiter came with another plate, and instead of waiting for his partner to clean the table, he put the plate on top of the tortellini that was already on the tablecloth. I went twice there. Nothing fancy abou the food but I can not complain I ate the pizzas it’s ok. It’s not because it’s branded Italian you should have high expectations. What I did not appreciate on both occasions is that the cleaners will be sweeping the floors not concerned about the dust from the brooms while customers are still eating. Excellent service, very good quality food with fresh ingredients in well executed recipes with the Trufona being my favourite. Prices are mid high. It's the second time however they don't have the same wine offered in their wine menu. We tried their own house wine which was very good.
