Now this one is a gem. Been in tens if not hundred+ of burger restaurants all over the world, this one goes easily to my top-3. If not the best ever.
They have won awards, but I generally don't put a lot of weight on those. But in this case, these awards clearly are well deserved.
The burger meat was fantastic. The bun, just perfect. Also the gluten free option was something to mention, good GF buns are hard to find. Not here. Couldn't tell the difference. Thet make their own buns in own bakery, and this shows.
Service was good, some say here on reviews they were disappointed... not so for me. We had good talks with the staff about how they make the burgers, found a new local gin etc. Service was very attentive, even in english.
One small thing thou, we ordered the burger meat medium. It was delivered more like medium minus - but the quality of the meat was just so good it didn't really matter. We discussed this with the staff, and they said they would have made a new burger if we were not happy with the temp. Also a good sign of a quality restaurant, where customer matters.
Also there was no mention of GF options on the menu, just a hint to the management: make them visible in the menu. Saves some serious googling around the subject :)
Anyways, full recommendation and surely a must visit place to any...
1º Emmy-B 2º Mirror-B 3º Belly-P
Por último de postre pedimos:
CHEESE CAKE PISTACHO (6,50€): bastante normalita y poco cremosa.
Read moreThe burger was delicious. The meat was very tasty and I love that it is not drenched in sauce like so many burgers here in Spain.
The ratio of toppings to burger was great for those who are from North America and try burgers here in Spain you will see there is often this weird thought they should be dripping in sauces or runny cheese … thankfully that’s not the case here.
Also tried the chicken wings and they were good could be more (serve them in 6 - 8 - or 12 would be brilliant) but outside of the burgers the ox tail croqueta is a must starter.
The only thing I can think to say is the portion size was just a bit small, I can compare this to some other great places here in València and the burgers are just a touch too small side …the chips just not enough.
Overall don’t miss checking this spot out and I’ll be...
