McDonald's — Restaurant in Madrid

I generally like McDonald's, and I understand working at fast food restaurants isn't easy, as well as the fact that food publicity is often misleading. However, our latest experience was really substandard.

Several people who were neither customers nor staff came and went about the dining area. They overlooked part of our order, which they then quickly supplied and apologized for having missed, but at this particular McD's this happens so often that I suspect they do it on purpose, and time ago we decided never to have our food delivered from this specific restaurant again, we have it there or have delivery from somewhere else entirely. We miss the classic burger buns, the new yellow ones are unpleasant, especially when cold and a bit dry. Apart from that, three out of the four burgers we ordered were very carelessly assembled. My patties came at room temperature and one of them was in pieces. At least place the broken one on the bottom, then. A little effort can go a long way.

I understand and support the ban on straws, but can't they get new lids for their cups? There's a TED Talk about the evolution of the coffee cup lid, they should...

It is very sad that after traveling almost all over the world in different cities of Asia, North America and Europe, I find myself with the WORST attention in this McDonald's. excellent location and installation but because of both male and female managers I had a very unprofessional, unpleasant, grumpy and brainless experience as they have neither the attitude, mentality, understanding nor professionalism to be managers, very little capacity and empathy with customers and total disorder with my order, so much so that I could not claim my ice cream because they thought they had given it to me when NO and they had not the slightest intention of corroborating because they do not have adequate control when the restaurant is almost without diners. Unfortunately I paid for my order and I couldn't eat it because of their confusion and they didn't care, or see the cameras or anything. I would never go back to this...

Este mc donalds suele ser muy concurrido sobretodo de personas que no consumen, o consumen lo mínimo y se quedan durante horas y horas sentados (estudiantes universitarios). Muchas veces cuesta encontrar una mesa libre o limpia, porque tampoco entienden lo de "autoservicio" que implica que levanten sus bandejas y las coloquen en la Papelera. Por lo que suele la mayor parte del tiempo todo sucio.

He ido en varias ocasiones al salir del hospital universitario. Pero la última vez que he ido 01 de enero ha sido bárbaro, fuimos mi chico y yo por cafés:

Esperamos más de 20 min por CAFES solo cafés. Estaban jugando y hablando los empleados. Una de ellas dijo que estaba en su descanso y se estaba sirviendo la comida, y la cosa no es que se haga su comida sino con las pocas medidas todo con las manos sin guantes o pinzas, usando el móvil y cogiendo todos.

Iba comiéndose las patatas mientras las sacaba de donde las recogen para poner en bolsitas. Hablando a gritos y jugandose con todos los que estaban y pasaban. Y ninguno se dignaba a preparar el café. Al cabo de un rato que preguntó el que va vestido de camisa dice: "tengo problemas con la máquina" y salen corriendo a buscar café.

El café MALO es poco. El grande sabia a pura agua. Para que ofrecen un café grande??? Sino saben preparar un café grande. Es igual a uno pequeño pero GRANDE. Si el pequeño lleva 1 carga el grande lleva 2. NO agua que es a lo que sabía.

Sinceramente una decepción. Por suerte me...
